Prevailing Wage Rates Correct wage rate to be included (Follow directions A- C below to determine correct wage rates)
A. If the Owner is a public body and the project has only RD and/or non-federal funds then use State of Ohio Wage Rates. Since these rates are area and date specific they should be included just before bidders receive bidding documents. B. If the owner is a Non-Profit and the project has only RD and/or non-federal funds then no wage rates apply other than Minimum Wage. C. If the project has CDBG, ARC, or other non-RD federal funds involved use Davis-Bacon Wage Rates.
