Macy's Announces March Schedule for School of Cooking
Wine, women, and . . . . chicken?
Who/What: The March schedule for the School of Cooking, located in Macy’s Mission Valley
is now available. Classes include:
Chef Bernard details everything you ever wanted to know about chicken, from
the selection process, to the best cooking techniques. The featured recipe is
Fennel Pollen Spiced Chicken Paillardes.
A $5 donation is requested and benefits the Food Bank of San Diego. No
reservations are required.
