WORKED IN THE SHEBARGAM GAS FIELD NEAR MAZAR EL SHARIFF,
AFGHANISTAN IN A WORKOVER PROJECT DONATED TO THE
AFGHANISTAN COUNTRY BY USAID.

THE PROJET WAS ASSIGNED TO LBG/BV WHO CONTRACTED ARAR, INC
TO DO THE WORKOVER PROGRAM FOR THE SHEBARGHAM FIELD.

THIS PROJECT WAS THE FIRST BE ONE BEING DONE 30 YEARS AFTER
THE RUSSIAN OCCUPATION IN AFGHANISTAN.

MY JOB WAS TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE HSE MATTERS RELATED TO
THE COMPANY AND PROJECT AS WELL AS TAKING CARE OF THE H2S
SIDE OF THE PROJECT, BY BUYING THE H2S SAFETY EQUIPMENT NEED
IT, OPERATING SUCH EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING CREWS ON H2S AS
WELL AS OTHER IADC SAFETY TRAINING.

THE PROJECT WAS CANCELED BY USAID DO TO THE LACK OF
COOPERATION BY THE AFGHANISTAN GOVERNMENT.
