The statement referencing Truman Lake was removed from the Wheat SPOIs in Cedar and Hickory
Counties. High Risk Land statement 1DY was removed from Hickory County and statement 4ZZ was added
to Benton County.

The statement referencing the 1993 Flood was removed from the Wheat & Barley SPOIs in Andrew,
Atchison, Bates, Boone, Buchanan, Callaway, Cape Girardeau, Carroll, Chariton, Clark, Clay, Cole, Cooper,
Franklin, Gasconade, Holt, Howard, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lewis, Lincoln, Livingston, Marion,
Mississippi, Moniteau, Montgomery, New Madrid, Osage, Pemiscot, Perry, Pike, Platte, Ralls, Ray, St
Charles, St Clair, St Genevieve, St Louis, Saline, Scott, Vernon and Warren Counties.

The Quality provisions have been changed and Discount Factors updated on the Special Provisions for
Barley and Wheat.
