Home            HCBS   Home Modifications are changes to your home, that increase your ability to do

Incontinence    HCBS   Incontinence is the loss of bladder and/or bowel control, causing leakage of urine
                       and/or stool.
Personal Care   HCBS   AHCCCS covers personal care services for ALTCS members who live in their own
                       home and need help meeting their needs. This service helps members stay at home
                       instead of going to a nursing home or other type of home. In order for this service
                       to be covered, it must be cost-effective. This means it costs less to stay at home
                       than to live in a nursing facility or other type of home. There also need to be notes
