                     CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The promoter is the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (ABN 86
   947 927 465) of 220 Albert Road, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205
   (Promoter).

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these
   conditions of entry. The promotion will be advertised on Network
   10, in “Two Wheel” and “AMCN” magazines, on the websites of
   the Promoter (www.motogp.com.au), QBE Insurance (Australia)
   Limited trading as Western QBE Insurance (ACN 009 079 850)
   (Western QBE) and Ticketek Pty Ltd (ACN 010 129 110) (Ticketek)
   (www.ticketek.com.au), and communicated to the Promoter’s
   database through its MotoGP electronic newsletters and Western
   QBE’s database via electronic or direct mail newsletters.

3. The promotion will commence at 8.00am (Melbourne time) on 15
   July 2007 and end at 5.00pm on 31 August 2007 (Promotion
   Period).

4. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of
   age or older as at the moment of entering. Employees and their
   immediate families of the Promoter, Western QBE, Ticketek or any
   agency associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter,

5. To enter, entrants must either:

      a. purchase any general admission or grandstand ticket to
         the 2007 GMC Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (Event)
         during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Ticket) to be
         automatically entered into the draw. One entry will be
         automatically entered for each Qualifying Ticket
         purchased. The more Qualifying Tickets you purchase, the
         more entries you receive. Neither VIP Hospitality tickets nor
         any ticket to the Event issued free of charge will be a
         Qualifying Ticket; OR

      b. have an existing or take out a Western QBE motorcycle
         insurance policy during the Promotional Period and
         register your details (including your Western QBE policy
         number) on the promotion page on the Promoter’s
         website during the Promotional Period. Only one entry per
         person will be accepted under this entry mechanism,
         however persons who enter under this entry mechanism
         may also enter under the entry mechanism in paragraph
         a.

6. The draw will take place at midday on 7 September 2007 at the
   office of the Promoter at 220 Albert Road, South Melbourne,
   Victoria. The first eligible entry drawn will be declared the winner.

7. The winner will receive the following prize to coincide with the
   Event to be held on 12-14 October 2007:
         Exclusive entry for the winner and three friends (Prize
         Companions) to the “Western QBE trackside lounge”
         purpose built facility, including complimentary food and
         beverage, for all three days of the Event (valued at
         approximately $2000);
         Return airfares to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport for the
         winner and Prize Companions from their nearest Australian
         capital city (valued at up to $4,800);
         Return ground transfers for the winner and Prize
         Companions from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to the
         Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (valued at up to $800);
         Four nights accommodation in Phillip Island (valued at up
         to $2,000);
         Four pit walk passes at the Event (valued at up to $500);
         A tour of the MotoGP paddock and broadcast compound
         for the winner and Prize Companions (valued at up to
         $1000);
         Event merchandise (valued at up to $300);
         Four vouchers for motorcycle insurance up to the value of
         $1,000 each with Western QBE, subject the terms of the
         policy, underwriting guidelines, and these conditions of
         entry (valued at up to $4,000).

      Total prize value is up to $15,400

8. The winner will be notified by telephone in the first instance with
   confirmation by mail. The winner’s name will be published on the
   Promoter’s website from 10 September 2007 and in The Australian
   on 19 September 2007.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries,
   including without limitation, purchase of a Qualifying Ticket and
   policy status with Western QBE, and to disqualify any entrant who
   tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not
   in accordance with these conditions of entry. The judge’s
   decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If the winner is not a resident of South Australia and, despite
    reasonable attempts, the Promoter is unable to contact the
    winner by midday on 21 September 2007, the winner will be
    deemed to have forfeited the prize with no compensation or
    other prize payable in lieu and the Promoter will conduct such
    further redraws at midday on that day at the same place as the
    original draw, as are necessary to award the prize.

11. If the winner is a resident of South Australia and, despite
    reasonable attempts, the Promoter is unable to contact the
    winner by midday on 21 September 2007, the Promoter will
    award the winner with an alternate prize to be determined by
    the Promoter in its absolute discretion but of equivalent value to
    the original prize, subject however to any written directions given
    under Regulation 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993
    (SA), and the Promoter will conduct such further redraws at
    midday on that day at the same place as the original draw, as
    are necessary to award the original prize. The details of the
    winners of any alternate prize pursuant this paragraph will be
    published on the Promoter’s website and in The Australian on 3
    October 2007. If the alternate prize remains unclaimed as at 17
    October 2007, the alternate prize will be deemed to be forfeited
    with no compensation or other prize payable in lieu.

12. The Promoter, Western QBE, Ticketek or any agency associated
    with this promotion (Associated Entities) will not be responsible for
    late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, nor for any
    malfunction of any computer, network, server or website which
    could limit the possibility or prevent any person from entering,
    regardless of fault. The Associated Entities will not be responsible
    for any damage or loss that could arise directly or indirectly from
    downloading any internet page or any software or from the
    transmission of any data related to participation in the
    promotion, regardless of fault.

13. Each element of the prize (other than the Event merchandise
    and motorcycle insurance elements) must be taken to coincide
    with the Event. The pit lane walk, tour of the MotoGP paddock
    and broadcast compound elements of the prize must be taken
    on the date and at the time determined by the Promoter in its
    absolute discretion and the winner and the Prize Companions
    must be available to take such elements of the prize or they will
    be forfeited.

14. No element of the prize may be taken as cash. No element of
   the prize is transferable other than the motorcycle insurance,
   and then strictly on the conditions set out in paragraph 15. In
   circumstances where the winner is unable to attend the Event on
   any day of the Event, the Promoter reserves the right to use the
   Western QBE trackside lounge for any purpose which it sees fit,
   with no compensation payable to the winner.

15. The winner and each Prize Companion will receive a voucher for
    one motorcycle insurance policy each with Western QBE up to
    the value of $1,000. The winner and each Prize Companion must
    satisfy the standard underwriting guidelines before a policy can
    be issued. A total of four, 12 month policies will be issued. A
    policy must be taken out on or before 14 October 2008 or the
    voucher will be forfeited with no compensation payable. A
    policy can be transferred if the winner or Prize Companion does
    not hold a current Australian Motorcycle licence or own a
    motorcycle, subject to the transferee satisfying the underwriting
    guidelines. Insurance is issued by QBE Insurance (Australia)
    Limited ABN 78 003 191 035 trading as Western QBE Insurance. To
    decide if a policy is right for you please carefully read the
    Product Disclosure Statement which is available at
    www.westernqbe.com.au or by phoning Western QBE on 1800 24
    34 64.

16. If for any reason whatsoever a winner or Prize Companion does
    not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the
    Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the
    prize winner and no replacement prize or cash will be awarded
    in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no
    responsibility in circumstances where the Event is cancelled, or
    the Event dates are re-scheduled for any reason beyond the
    control of the Promoter.

17. The winner and each Prize Companion must comply with all
    directions of the Promoter and race officials at all times. The
    Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner or Prize
    Companion to take part in any or all aspects of the prize if the
    Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner or
    Prize Companion is not in the mental or physical condition
    necessary to safely participate in that aspect of the prize.
    Notwithstanding any other conditions set out herein, the
    Promoter at all times reserves the right to prevent any individual
    from participating in the prize for any reason whatsoever.

18. Spending money, meals (other than those provided at the
    Western QBE trackside lounge), transport to and from the Phillip
    Island Grand Prix circuit from the accommodation, and all other
    ancillary costs incurred as a result of taking a prize is the
    responsibility of the winner and Prize Companions.
19. Neither the Promoter nor Western QBE accepts any responsibility
    for any change in value of any element of the prize.

20. The winner and each Prize Companion agree to comply with the
    Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Entry to the Event (copies of
    which     are    available      from   the   Promoter     or    at
    www.motogp.com.au). The winner agrees to make the Prize
    Companions aware of the Conditions of Sale and Conditions of
    Entry to the Event and these conditions of entry. As a condition
    of accepting the prize, the winner and each Prize Companion
    must sign a waiver of liability and indemnity form if, and in such
    form as, required by the Promoter.

21. ENTRANTS ARE REMINDED AND AGREE ACCEPT AND
    ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MOTOR RACING, THE EVENT AND CERTAIN
    ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED THEREWITH (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
    LIMITATION, PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE) ARE DANGEROUS AND
    ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN.

   Entrants are warned that there is a possibility of an accident
   causing injury, death or property damage or loss and
   attendance at the Event and participation in the prize is at
   entrants’ own risk.         Entrants acknowledge that the risks
   associated with attending the Event and participating in the
   prize include but are not limited to the risk of suffering harm as a
   result of motorcycles (or parts of them) colliding with other
   motorcycles or any other persons or property, or vehicles with
   other vehicles or any other persons or property.              Entrants
   acknowledge that entry to and remaining at the Event and
   participating in the prize has a degree of danger and, to the
   extent permitted by law (in particular sections 32J and 32JA of
   the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic) and section 74 of the Trade
   Practices Act 1974 (Cth)), hereby exclude, release and forever
   discharge Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC), the Crown
   in right of the State of Victoria, the Minister administering the Act,
   PI Circuit Pty Ltd (ACN 108 623 052), PI Graydens Pty Ltd (ACN 108
   623 070), PI Sunrise-McGuigan Pty Ltd (ACN 108 623 089), PI Visitor
   Centre Pty Ltd (ACN 108 623 043), PI Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 108
   623 463), Fox Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 058 015 777), Linfox
   Property Group Pty Ltd (ACN 058 015 642), Federation
   Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), 2WP Events SL (2WP),
   International Road Racing Teams Association (IRTA), Dorna Sports
   SL (Dorna), Motorcycling Australia Ltd and Motorcycling Victoria,
   Event Sponsors and all other persons involved in the organisation,
   conduct and promotion of the Event or the prize (Event Entities)
   from all liability for claims, loss, damage, costs or expenses arising
from any personal injury or death (whether arising from
negligence (but excluding gross negligence) or otherwise),
arising from or connected with participation in Recreational
Services (as defined below) at the Event, including the prize.

To the extent permitted by law (in particular sections 32J and
32JA of the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic) and section 74 of the
Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth)) entrants acknowledge that, to
the extent to which entrants participate at the Event in:

a. a sporting activity or similar leisure time pursuit; or
b. an activity that :
   I. involves a significant degree of physical exertion or physical
       risk; and
  II. is undertaken for the purposes of recreation, enjoyment or
       leisure;
     (Recreational Services)
including, without limitation, the on-track post race celebrations
at the conclusion of the Event, pit lane walks, participation in
various amusements and interactive displays and the prize, the
Event Entities do not make any warranty that the Recreational
Services at the Event, including the prize, will be provided with
due care and skill or that any materials provided in connection
with the Recreational Services, including the prize, will be fit for
the purposes for which they are supplied. Entrants acknowledge
that, to the extent that any warranty is implied it is excluded to
the full extent permitted by law.

WARNING: If you participate in these activities your rights to sue
the supplier under the Fair Trading Act 1999 if you are killed or
injured because the activities were not supplied with due care
and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose, are
excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in this notice.

NOTE: The change to your rights as set out in this notice, does not
apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the
supplier’s part. “Gross negligence” is defined in the Fair Trading
(Recreational Services) Regulations 2004.

For the purpose of this Condition 21 “the supplier” shall mean
and include the Event Entities.

The Event Entities will not be liable for any indirect or
consequential loss suffered by you or caused by any acts or
omissions of the Event Entities, their directors, employees, agents
and contractors arising out of or in relation to the Event or the
prize.
      Nothing in this Condition 21 or these Conditions generally affects
      your rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), Fair Trading
      Act 1999 (Vic) or similar legislation regarding implied conditions
      and warranties.

22. All entries become the property of the Promoter on receipt. The
    Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to
    conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not
    provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By
    entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant
    also agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any
    future marketing purposes without any further reference,
    payment or other compensation to the entrant, including
    sending the entrant electronic messages such as SMS and email.
    The winner and each Prize Companion also consents to the
    Promoter, Western QBE and other third parties nominated by the
    Promoter using the winner and Prize Companions name,
    photograph, and likeness in any media for future promotional,
    marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference,
    payment or other compensation to the winner or the Prize
    Companions. All personal information collected by the Promoter
    will be dealt with by the Promoter in accordance with the
    Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic) and the Promoter’s privacy
    policy. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State
    and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published
    as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to
    access, update or correct any personal information, or to access
    the Promoter’s privacy policy, should be directed to the
    Promoter by contacting the Promoter at 220 Albert Road, South
    Melbourne, Victoria 3205.

23. The Associated Entities will not be responsible for any tax
    implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
    Independent financial advice should be sought.
