 We are pleased to announce that any remaining lots from the Malcolm Guest Collection are to be offered by formal
                                                        tender.
    Details of the lots available, with images, are available in the catalogue section of the Morphets website at
                                                 www.morphets.co.uk

All tenders are to be submitted by email and must include the lot number, a brief description and the amount offered.
                     Please note that all lots will be subject to Buyers’ Premium of 15% plus VAT.
                                 Tenders will close at 8:00am Tuesday 27th July.
Conditions Of Sale

• The tender is subject to Morphets Standard Conditions Of Sale.
• Morphets are under no obligation to accept the highest or indeed any tender submitted.
• Details of the highest offer received on each lot will be submitted to the vendor for consideration.
• If a bid is accepted by Morphets it shall become binding on the purchaser.
• The goods are offered for sale in the condition as viewed.
• All bids are subject to 15% Buyers’ Premium (which is itself subject to VAT at 17.5%).
• Morphets will notify successful bidders by Wednesday 28th July.
• Payment must be made within two working days of notification of any successful bids.
