                         SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS

Ad Hoc Reporting - a CBC developed, windows based PC software package that runs under MicroSoft
Access. It allows our customers to download application data from CBC ACAPS to query, compile, and
create their own reports.
Application Match - CBC ACAPS now offers several ways to lookup applications within the system in
addition to supporting an effective fraud tool. The database can be searched for matches on Social Security
number, three different address combinations, or home phone number.
Automatic Decision and Pricing Matrix - a 3 dimensional tool that uses customer defined criteria in
automatically decisioning applications, thereby reducing the percentage of manually reviewed applications.
This matrix operates at the “product” level, and offers over 60 decisioning characteristics to choose from.
The pricing matrix also uses access to multiple criteria for automated pricing of loans.
Browser Based Screens - Custom screens for data entry and loan underwriters. Quick access buttons,
dropdown boxes, and a host of other features for ease of use and added system efficiencies.
Data Transfer - CBC can support custom interfaces for rapid account setup, in various formats. All
applications approved or “closed” during the day can/will be transmitted for new account setup. We also
send information to third-party systems.
Decision Support Tools – Enhanced decision tools to assist in the decision process. Automatic Decision
Matrix, Automatic Pricing Matrix, and Lending Policy Controls allows for greater efficiency and control in
automation of the decision making process.
Doc Prep Interfaces - CBC ACAPS currently offers/supports interfaces to Laser-Pro (Harland Solutions),
and Bankers System (Rembrandt). Customers can customize documentation while saving key strokes.
FAXback - a HOSTfax system that is fully integrated into CBC ACAPS for faxing decision responses
automatically to a branch, dealer or whoever requires the information.
Industry Specific Decision Summary Screens - single page decisioning screens permit the credit analyst to
make fast, accurate decisions without having to search the system for the critical information. Screens have
been developed specifically for installment and credit card processing.
Internet Access – Complete processing via the Internet. Customers can access CBC ACAPS from
anywhere there is access to the Internet. Full access by sales reps in the field, credit analysts working from
home, Home & Garden shows, or in disaster recovery situations.
Lending Policy Controls - the ability to implement the customer’s credit policy guidelines for greater
management controls. This eliminates your dependency on the honor system and helps management track
lending policy exceptions. This feature rides above all other Decision Support Tools monitoring each of the
individual processing steps within the entire process.
On-Line Car Valuations - CBC is now offering on-line access to Black Book and NADA®, providing used
vehicle valuations instantly. Vehicle information is entered at data entry and the system does the rest.
Updated monthly.
On-Line Flood Reports - CBC ACAPS is now interfaced with FZDS and CBC Floods, both national
companies, to provide Flood Zone Determinations. Requests are on-line, quick, and easy. Data is returned
directly into the system for analyst review.
OFAC (fraud check) – Automatic on-line OFAC search on all loans entered into the system. The system will
note the OFAC check on the loan audit trail and continue processing if no match is obtained. A positive
match will flag the loan, and stop the credit process until the analyst clears the review rule. The Positive
match, review rule flag, and analyst decision on the match will also log on the audit trail.
On-Line Real Estate Services Access - CBC ACAPS now has an interface with Select Business Services, a
national company, providing Appraisal, Property and Title Searches on-line, quick, and easy with a simple
two key stroke request. Data is returned into the system upon reciept for analyst review.
