					Revolving credit cards issuing conditions

Clients who hold a current account with Piraeus Bank:

      •   Complete and signed the application form for issue of a credit card
      •   Photocopy of identity card or passport
      •   205 RSD for statement for credit bureau
      •   Telephone bill and Infostan bill
      •   Certificate:
          a) an employed person: must provide a Certificate of Employment from their
          employer, which must include dates of employment and the client’s average
          income for the preceding three months
          b) a self-employed person: for example, a shopkeeper, restaurateur, lawyer or
          taxi driver, must provide a proof of a Public Revenue Office decision on lump sum
          taxation, a certificate from the Public Revenue Office to show income, taxes and
          contributions made, a Tax Certificate, annual account turn-over, a copy of the
          company’s registration, excerpt from the Commercial Register (or Decision on
          Business Incorporation)
          c) a pensioner: must provide their most recent pension cheque , sole bill (which
          is deposited when the card is activated), signed approval for checking in the credit
          bureau, compensation for checking in the credit bureau

Clients without a current account with Piraeus Bank

      •   Need the same documents as clients who hold a current account,
      •   In addition, they must provide bank statements from their current account for the
          previous three months.

Clients who are a tax payer subject to the law governing annual citizens income
tax

      •   PPDG-5 is required


Clients with a deposit

      •   Completed and signed application form for issuance of a credit card,
      •   Photocopy of identity card or passport,
      •   Deposit payment (the Bank is paying interest on this deposit in the amount of 2%
          annually)
      •   205 RSD for statement for credit bureau
      •   Telephone bill and Infostan bill
      •   Certificate:
          a) an employed person: must provide a Certificate of Employment from their
          employer, which must include dates of employment and the client’s average
          income for the preceding three months
          b) a self-employed person: for example, a shopkeeper, restaurateur, lawyer or
          taxi driver, must provide a proof of a Public Revenue Office decision on lump sum
          taxation, a certificate from the Public Revenue Office to show income, taxes and

Method of payment

Minimum payment is 3% of total amount spent on the card.

Grace period (i.e. period with no interest charged)

When a full payment is made for goods and services purchased, there is a maximum
grace period of 45 days (this is calculated as the current month, plus 15 days).
For cash withdrawals, interest will be charged from the day of transaction.

Ways of making payments

The card holder may repay for the funds spent in full, or in part, or make a minimum
payment.

Payments can be made over the counter at the bank, as an internal payment order or as
a payment transfer from another bank. Payments should be made at least three days
before the payment deadline – maturity date.

Card validation period

First issue - 1 year
Following issues - 2 years
The bank will automatically re-issue the card for a period of two years after the expiry of
the first card (one year) if the card holder is fulfilling the criteria for re-issue

Note: For clients over 60 years of age one guarantoris required.


Citizenship

Serbian citizenship
Foreign citizens - residence permit for 1 year minimum as well as employment on an
open-end basis for minimum 12 months with the company.



Additional cards

A maximum of 3 additional cards can be linked to the main card account. Transactions
made on the additional cards will be debited from the main card account.

It is possible to have a lower credit limit on additional cards than on the main card
