    Abhyudaya Co-op Bank, one of the leading Urban Co-op. Banks, with
  branches in various places in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka State, is
 looking for applications from young and dynamic Indian citizens who fulfill
             the following eligibility norms for the post of Clerk.

Services are transferable to any location/office of the Bank. The number of
vacancies as above is tentative and may change as per the requirement of the
bank.

Candidates are advised to apply online only between March 08, 2011 and
March 22, 2011 through the Bank’s website www.abhyudayabank.co.in after
carefully going through the instructions contained in this advertisement. No
other means/ mode of application will be accepted.

    Candidates may download the call letters from the website from
  April 06, 2011 to April 17, 2011 onwards by entering their registration
                          number and password.
(1) Eligibility Criteria(as on March 1, 2011) :


                       Not above 30 years
   (i) Age
                       Not above 35 years for SC/ ST/NT candidates

                     Graduate from a recognized university
   (ii) Educational
                     Candidates with Computer Knowledge will be
      Qualifications
                     given preference

(2) Selection Procedure

    The selection would be made on the basis of performance in the written
    test followed by interview.

    The details of the written test are as follows:

There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates. For
             each wrong answer 0.25 mark will be deducted.

(3) Centre for the Written Test

The Bank will conduct the written test at Mumbai only.

Candidates admitted to the Written Examination will be intimated the time and
full address of the venue of Written Examination through call letters which are
to be downloaded from the Bank’s website. Candidates will have to take a
printout of the call letter and affix their latest photograph in the space provided
for the same and bring the call letters at the time of appearing for the written
examination. Candidates will not be admitted to the Written Examination
without a valid call letter. Candidates are advised to visit the Bank 's website
on 6th April 2011 to download their call letters from the Bank’s website by
entering their registration number and password. In view of availability of
Written Examination Call Letter online, no duplicate Call Letter would be
issued to any candidate/s.

Mode of Payment :

   1. Candidates can make cash payment through any of the Branches of
      Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd. (the addresses of which are given in
      Annexure I). The candidates will be given cash payment challan
      number at the time of making cash payment. After payment, the
      candidate must collect the payment receipt; the particulars such as (i)
      Receipt No. (ii) Branch Name (iii) Branch Code No. (iv) Date of
      deposit and (v) Amount are to be quoted in the online application form.
      OR
   2. The Candidates can also pay the fees from branches of any Bank
      through NEFT quoting IFSC ABHY0065001, A/C. NO.8706377
                        General Instructions
[please read carefully before filling up the ONLINE Application Form]
1] Before filling in the online application form, the candidate must ensure that
      he/ she fulfills all the eligibility criteria with respect to age, educational
 qualifications etc. as on March 01, 2011 in respect of the post for which he /
       she is making the application and that the particulars furnished in the
  application form are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage
 that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria, and / or that he /
   she has furnished any incorrect information or has suppressed any material
fact(s), his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings
    is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services are liable to be
                                         terminated.

2] Decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the
 stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents
 to be produced for the purpose of conduct of written test, interview, selection
  etc. and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on
the candidates. No correspondence or personal inquires shall be entertained by
                             the Bank in this regard.

 3] Eligible candidates have to appear for a written test and interview at their
           own expense at the venue and date notified by the Bank.

   4] An application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the
application fee once paid will NOT BE refunded on any account nor would be
  held in reserve for any future examination or selection. The application fee
shall also NOT BE refunded in case the application is rejected / not considered
                                  by the Bank.

  5] Candidates are required to apply online through the link provided on the
      Bank’s website which will lead them to the online application form.

   6] Candidates are advised to keep their payment details, particulars of
educational qualifications and other personal details ready before applying as
       these details are required to fill in the online application form.

7] After filling in the form candidates are required to SUBMIT the application
  form. If the application is accepted, the system will generate a registration
  number. Candidates have to take a printout of the system generated online
application form by clicking on the given link and preserve it for their record.
The candidates will be required to submit the application print out at the time
                            of interview if shortlisted.

   8] In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/NT category, copy of self
 attested caste / tribe certificate along with the original must be brought at the
     time of interview with a copy of the system generated print out of the
 application. The certificate should have been issued in the prescribed format
            and by Authorities empowered to issue such certificate.

Failure to produce all the requisite certificates / documents in original for
 verification at the time of interview shall lead to disqualification of the
                                 candidate.

  9] Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India as per the
                          Bank’s discretion.

        10] Any request for change of address shall not be entertained.

11] The Bank reserves the right to add some other centres depending upon the
 response, administrative feasibility etc. The Bank also reserves the right to
                  allot the candidate to any of the centres.

 12] The Bank has the right to reject any application/ candidature at any stage
   without assigning any reason and the decision of the Bank shall be final.

    13] Appointments of selected candidates will be subject to his / her being
 declared medically fit by Bank Medical Officer, satisfactory report about his /
     her character and antecedents, verification of caste / tribe certificate (for
 reserved category candidates only) and completion of all other pre recruitment
formalities to the complete satisfaction of the Bank. Further, such appointment
          shall also be subject to Service and Conduct Rules of the Bank.

           14] Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
How to Apply

Eligible candidates have to apply online through the Bank website and no
other means/ mode of application is acceptable. Before registering their
applications on the website candidates should possess the following:

A valid email id for filling in the application. In case the candidate does not
have a valid email id, he/ she can create a new email id. This email id should
be valid for the duration of the recruitment process.

Candidates have to ensure that the above details are obtained from their Bank.

After applying online the candidate is required to download the system
generated printout of the application for their record. The application print out
is not to be sent to the Bank or any other address but will be required to be
submitted at the time of interview.

The payment towards recruitment application fees can be made from
08.03.2011 onwards, but before the close of business hours on 22.03.2011.
Even if the Bank extends the last date of registration of online applications due
to technical reasons, the valid dates during which the payment should be made
as indicated above will not be changed.


After remitting the application fee, logon to our Bank’s website
www.abhyudayabank.co.in and follow the link Careers. Then click
“Recruitment of Clerks – 2011”. Then click “apply online”. An online
application will open. Fill up all the details required in the application and
click “Submit” available at the bottom of the online application and the online
application will be registered. A Registration Number and Password will
appear on the screen. Kindly note this information for future use. Candidates
are required to take a printout of the online application using the above
registration number and password. The printout of application form is
required to be submitted at the time of interview.

Candidates are required to bring the following to the examination centre:

Print out of Call Letter (which can be downloaded by the candidate using the
registration number and password obtained at the time of registration of online
application). A recent passport size photograph has to be affixed on the system
generated call letter.

Original Counterfoil of application fee Without the above mentioned
documents the candidate will not be admitted for the written examination.
