                    “Futbol Trend” in Hong Kong

                      Expands Sportswear Retail Business

(Hong Kong, 26 January 2007) — Win Hanverky Holdings Limited (“Win Hanverky” or the
“Group”; HKEx: 3322) opened Hong Kong’s first soccer mega concept store “Futbol Trend” at
Langham Place, Mongkok today. The new store carries products of world famous soccer
brands, such as adidas, Nike and UMBRO, and other football clubs in the FA Premier League
and its opening is a big stride forward for the Group’s sportswear retail business.

Mr. Roy Li, Chairman of Win Hanverky, said, “Soccer is the most popular sport in Hong
Kong and soccer fans here are as enthusiastic about the sport as their counterparts all over
the world. They are willing to pay for soccer jerseys and products of their favorite teams and
also spend on souvenirs. The first soccer concept mega store in Hong Kong, Futbol Trend
gathers the most comprehensive range of products in a cozy shopping environment for soccer
players and fans to choose. We have full confidence in the prospects of the store.”

The over 7,000 sq. ft. Futbol Trend store is on the 7/F of Langham Place. The total
investment cost of the store is HK$3,000,000 and about HK$1,000,000 is budgeted for
promotion. Laid out as a football field, the store hopes to make visiting soccer fans and
customers “feel at home”. The store designers and staff were actually flown to England to
visit the Chelsea Village and the Stamford Bridge stadium to see their designs. The concept
store features more than a thousand different products and souvenirs of different soccer
brands and also household products carrying the badges of different football clubs. It also
has on display exclusively memorabilia of different football clubs. Futbol Trend was opened
for trial operation in mid December last year and customer response has been very positive,
as reflected in the average per transaction value of approximately HK$800 so far.
