Jaw Crusher


The Jaw Crusher is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and
so on. The Jaw Crusher is suitable for primary and secondary crushing all kinds of minerals and
rocks with compressive strength less than 320 MPa.


Working Principle Of Jaw Crusher:
The strip and strip pulley of Jaw Crusher are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up
and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller
when the movable jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. The Jaw Crusher will
become bigger when the movable jaw runs up. The movable jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board
under the action of pole and spring , then the end products come out from the crushing cavity.

Impact Crusher


The Impact Crusher is used for primary, secondary, fine crushing mining and rocks (for example,
the granite, marble, and limestone) materials with compressive strength less than 350 MPa. The
impact crusher is widely used for sand and rock producing in the industry of roads, railways,
reservoir, electricity power and building materials and so on.
Working Principle Of Impact Crusher

The materials are crushed via impact energy produced in the impact crusher. When the materials
enter the zone of the board hammer, they are flung into the impact equipments via the high-speed
impact of the board hammer. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the scale
board. The large materials are crushed into small pieces until they become the specified
granularities. The end products come out from the base of the impact crusher.

Features of European Type Hammer Crusher
The European Type Hammer Crusher is of high capacity, high crushing ratio, simple structure,

blocking, the water content of materials are less than 10% - 15%.

Working Principle of European Type Hammer Crusher
The European Type Hammer Crusher mainly includes case, rotor, iron bearing, grate bars and
other components. There are two parts in case: the upper one and lower one which are welded
after cutting. The remaining parts are connected by bolts. Inside the case, there is high manganese
steel liner which can be replaced after wear and bear. The European Type Hammer Crusher is
installed on an array of spindles which forms the rotor together with rotary table and axis. The
rotor rotates through motor and V-belt driven spindle. The hammer streths around as the
centrifugal force generated by rotation, in that way, bulk materials feed into the crushing chamber
and are crushed by the high-speed movement. The standard stones pass from the grate bars below
and for those not standard will again be crushed in the case till they can pass from the grate.

Working Principle of ZYC cone crusher

PCL Impact Crusher

Working Principle Of PCL Impact Crusher

Working Principle of VSI Impact Crusher
1. Center Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enters impellor through central entrance hole. It is
accelerated in high-speed impellor, then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When hitting impact
plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.


2. Ring Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is devided into two parts by
material-dividing plate. One enters into impellor through the center of material-dividing plate. The
other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Material, which is thrown out by impellor
at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-dividing plate. In this
way, material is crushed.

Cone Crusher

The Spring Cone Crusher is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the fields of mining,
chemical industry, building materials, metallurgies and so on. The Cone Crusher can crush
materials with Moh’s scale in middle and high hardness such as ironstone, copper ore, limestone,
quartz, granite, rock and so on. The standard type (PYB) is applied to secondary crushing; the
medium type (PYZ) and the short-head (PYD) are applied to fine crushing.
Working Principle Of Cone Crusher:


When the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring
coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to
swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner,
and some times far away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally
crushed in the crushing chamber.

Screw Sand Washing

The screw sand washing machine is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory,
building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. The screw washer
adopts inclination of 15°, under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the
screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating
continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this
machine have three functions of washing, dewatering, classifying.
Working Principle Of JOYAL Screw Sand Washing


Washing:The sand is feeding into the sediment pool from the feeding box, acting by rotating screw
blade, the sand is turning and rolling and grinding each other to eliminate impurity and water-air
layer around sand to facilitate de-water. The fresh eater rising current from the porous plate carry
foreign matter to water surface and overflow the weir plate, to finish washing processing
De-watering:The sand with bigger density is sunken down to tub bottom, the screw blade pushes
this sand upwards, when passing through upper tub of proper length above water level, the water
is draining into sediment pool from another drainage ditch, the de-watered sand is out from the
discharging opening.
Classifying:Material classifying is realized by overflowing the non-needed fines, the controlling
method is adjusting height of overflowing weir and adjusting speed of screw.

Crushing Plant
Crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vibrating
screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from
50t/h to 500t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such
as cone crusher, dust catcher on the crushing plant.

Process of JOYAL Crushing Plant:


Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper
for primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt
conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for
separating. After being separated, the parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final
products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.
Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement.
We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.

Grinding Plant


The Grinding Plant is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electrovibrating feeder, main unit,
optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. According to customer’s
specific requirement, we can choose high pressure suspension grinding mill or Ultrafine Mill.
Process Of JOYAL Grinding Plant:


Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lifted to storage room
by elevator. Vibrating feeder will feed materials into grinding chamber evenly and gradually. After
being grinded, the powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower. Then the material will be
transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. The
whole process works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the
blower enters the cyclone collector above the storage room along with powder, and then returns to
the blower through return pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking
equipment under the cyclone, which isolates the outside positive air pressure and the negative air
pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition, the residual air and dust
under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned
there. The clean air will be discharged so that environment will be protected.



Raymond Mill


The purpose of the raymond mill is to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining,
metallurgy and chemical industry. The materials must be non-flammable and non-explos ive
materials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gyps um,
kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceram, active
carbon,carbon black,fireproof materials, heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so
on(300 kinds of materials). The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh’s scale and
humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 30 to 325
meshes.

Working Principle Of JOYAL Raymond Mill:


After the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the grinding roll swings
outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force in rotation of the
main shaft. The shovel carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring,
and materials are ground as the grinding roll rolls.


After being ground, the powder is selected by Separator via the cycle wind of the blower and the
rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding. The proper powder is brought into
the powder collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the
airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work normally. The
increased airflow comes out after purification.

The purpose of the High Pressure Mill is to grind materials in the fields of building materials,
mining, metallurgies and chemical industry. The materials should be non-flammable and
non-explosive. Examples of the materials are: quartz, feldspar, barite, fluorite, dolomite, garnet,
carborundum, bauxite, zircon, marble, calcite, iron ore, rock phosphate, coal, ceram, slag and so
on(400 kinds of materials). The materials should have the hardness less than 9.3 in Moh’s scale
and humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be changed from 30 to
425 meshes.


Working Principle Of JOYAL High-pressure Suspension Mill:


The High-pressure Suspension Mill has the same working principle as Raymond Mill, but its
grinding fitting is furnished with 1000 - 1500 kg pressure spring. When the machine works, the
grinding roll, under the action of high pressure spring and c entrifugal force, rolls close up to
grinding ring, its rolling pressure ratio is 1.2 times of that of Raymond mill given an identical
condition, but its output may increase 20% to 30%. when the grinding roller and grinding ring
reach a certain degree of abrasion, please adjust the length of high-pressure spring to keep the
constant grinding pressure between grinding roller and grinding ring, so as to ensure a stable
output and fineness.

Three-ring Micro Powder Mill
Three-ring Micro Powder Mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in
Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble,talcum,
barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud,mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alunite,
fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment and so on. The granularity of the end products is
325-2500 meshes (0.044-0.0055mm).
Working Principle Of Three-ring Micro Powder Mill :


The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer,
and numbers of rings and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through
plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are
sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the middle
of first dial evenly; the materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and fall
into the ring channels and are pressed, crushed and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then
the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure
centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the
third ring to powder Separator. The rotating turbo in the powder Separator makes the coarse
materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the
cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which
mixed with very little fineness are purified by impulse dust catcher and discharged by blower and
muffler.

Ball Mill


The ball mill is widely applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials, glass, pottery,
chemical industry and so on. The ball mill can grind all kinds of rocks and grinding materials.
There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
Working Principle Of Ball Mill:


Ball mill can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different beneficiation
methods, and this machine is two lattice-type ball mill. The materials from the feeding fittings
enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis when it works.
There is a ladder-like or ripple-like scaleboard in the first bin, and different specification steel
balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force, the force
carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind the materials.
After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via a single layer
partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the materials are

Grinding Mill


The purpose of the Grinding Mill is to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining,
metallurgies and chemical industry. The materials should be non-flammable and non-explosive.
Examples of the materials are: quartz, feldspar, barite, fluorite, dolomite, garnet, carborundum,
bauxite, zircon, marble, calcite, iron ore, rock phosphate, coal, ceram, slag and so on(400 kinds of
materials). The materials should have the hardness less than 9.3 in Moh’s scale and humidity less
than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be changed from 30 to 425 meshes.

Working Principle Of Grinding Mill:


The Grinding Mill has the same working principle as Raymond Mill, but its grinding fitting is
furnished with 1000 - 1500 kg pressure spring. When the machine works, the grinding roll, under
the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, rolls close up to grinding ring, its rolling
pressure ratio is 1.2 times of that of Raymond mill given an identical condition, but its output may
increase 20% to 30%. when the grinding roller and grinding ring reach a certain degree of
abrasion, please adjust the length of high-pressure spring to keep the constant grinding pressure
between grinding roller and grinding ring, so as to ensure a stable output and fineness.

Working Principle Of Limestone Crusher:

Raymond Grinder


The purpose of the Raymond Grinder is to grind materials in the fields of building materials,
mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. The materials must be non-flammable and
non-explosive materials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble,
talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceram,
active carbon,carbon black,fireproof materials, heat preservation materials, chemical materials and
so on(300 kinds of materials). The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh’s scale
and humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 30 to
325 meshes.


Working Principle Of Raymond Grinder:

After the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the grinding roll swings
outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force in rotation of the
main shaft. The shovel carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring,
and materials are ground as the grinding roll rolls.

After being ground, the powder is selected by Separator via the cycle wind of the blower and the
rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding. The proper powder is brought into
the powder collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the
airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work normally. The
increased airflow comes out after purification.

Working Principle Of High-pressure Suspension Grinder:


The High-pressure Suspension Grinder has the same working principle as Raymond Grinder, but
its grinding fitting is furnished with 1000 - 1500 kg pressure spring. When the machine works, the
grinding roll, under the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, rolls close up to
grinding ring, its rolling pressure ratio is 1.2 times of that of Raymond mill given an identical
condition, but its output may increase 20% to 30%,When the grinding roller and grinding ring
reach a certain degree of abrasion, please adjust the length of high-pressure spring to keep the
constant grinding pressure between grinding roller and grinding ring, so as to ensure a stable
output and fineness.

Working Principle Of Three-ring Micro Powder Grinder :


The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer,
and numbers of rings and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through
plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are
sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the middle
of first dial evenly; the materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and fall
into the ring channels and are pressed, crushed and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then
the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure
centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the
third ring to powder Separator. The rotating turbo in the powder Separator makes the coarse
materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the
cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which

The Ball Grinder is widely applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials, glass,
pottery, chemical industry and so on. The Ball Grinder can grind all kinds of rocks and grinding
materials. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
Working Principle Of Ball Grinder :


Ball Grinder can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different beneficiation
methods, and this machine is two lattice-type ball grinder. The materials from the feeding fittings
enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis when it works.
There is a ladder-like or ripple-like scaleboard in the first bin, and different specification steel
balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force, the force
carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind the materials.
After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via a single layer
partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the materials are

Working Principle Of Screw Washer:


Washing:The sand is feeding into the sediment pool from the feeding box, acting by rotating screw
blade, the sand is turning and rolling and grinding each other to eliminate impurity and water-air
layer around sand to facilitate de-water. The fresh eater rising current from the porous plate carry

Micro Powder Mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh’s scale
and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble,talcum, barite, gypsum,
dolomite, bentonite mud,mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite,
potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment and so on. The granularity of the end products is
325-2500 meshes (0.044-0.0055mm).
Working Principle Of Micro Powder Mill :


The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer,
and numbers of rings and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through
plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are
sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the middle
of first dial evenly; the materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and fall
into the ring channels and are pressed, crushed and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then
the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure
centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the
third ring to powder Separator. The rotating turbo in the powder Separator makes the coarse
materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the
cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which
mixed with very little fineness are purified by impulse dust catcher and discharged by blower and
muffler.

Pulverizer


The purpose of Pulverizer is to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining,
metallurgies and chemical industry. The materials should be non-flammable and non-explosive.
Examples of the materials are: quartz, feldspar, barite, fluorite, dolomite, garnet, carborundum,
bauxite, zircon, marble, calcite, iron ore, rock phosphate, coal, ceram, slag and so on(400 kinds of
materials). The materials should have the hardness less than 9.3 in Moh’s scale and humidity less
than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be changed from 30 to 425 meshes.

Working Principle Of Pulverizer :


The Pulverizer has the same working principle as Raymond Mill, but its grinding fitting is
furnished with 1000 - 1500 kg pressure spring. When the machine works, the grinding roll, under
the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, rolls close up to grinding ring, its rolling
pressure ratio is 1.2 times of that of Raymond mill given an identical condition, but its output may
increase 20% to 30%. when the grinding roller and grinding ring reach a certain degree of
abrasion, please adjust the length of high-pressure spring to keep the constant grinding pressure
between grinding roller and grinding ring, so as to ensure a stable output and fineness.

Grinding Plant Machine


The Grinding Plant Machine is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electrovibrating feeder, main
unit, optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. According to customer’s
specific requirement, we can choose high pressure suspension grinding mill or Ultrafine Mill.
Process Of Grinding Plant Machine:


Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lifted to storage room
by elevator. Vibrating feeder will feed materials into grinding chamber evenly and gradually. After
being grinded, the powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower. Then the material will be
transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. The
whole process works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the
blower enters the cyclone collector above the storage room along with powder, and then returns to
the blower through return pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking
equipment under the cyclone, which isolates the outside positive air pressure and the negative air
pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition, the residual air and dust
under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned
there. The clean air will be discharged so that environment will be protected.




Ball Milling


The Ball Milling is widely applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials, glass,
pottery, chemical industry and so on. The Ball Milling can grind all kinds of rocks and grinding
materials. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
Working Principle Of Ball Milling:


Ball Milling can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different beneficiation
methods, and this machine is two lattice-type ball mill. The materials from the feeding fittings
enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis when it works.
There is a ladder-like or ripple-like scaleboard in the first bin, and different specification steel
balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force, the force
carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind the materials.
After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via a single layer
partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the materials are
further ground. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board.

Grinder Plant Machine


The Grinder Plant Machine is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electrovibrating feeder, main
unit, optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. According to customer’s
specific requirement, we can choose high pressure suspension grinding mill or Ultrafine Mill.
Process Of Grinder Plant Machine:

Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lifted to storage room
by elevator. Vibrating feeder will feed materials into grinding chamber evenly and gradually. After
being grinded, the powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower. Then the material will be
transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. The
whole process works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the
blower enters the cyclone collector above the storage room along with powder, and then returns to
the blower through return pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking
equipment under the cyclone, which isolates the outside positive air pressure and the negative air
pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition, the residual air and dust
under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned
there. The clean air will be discharged so that environment will be protected.




Dry Type Ball Mill


The Dry Type Ball Mill is widely applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials,
glass, pottery, chemical industry and so on. The Dry Type Ball Mill can grind all kinds of rocks
and grinding materials.
Working Principle Of Dry Type Ball Mill:


Dry Type Ball Mill can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different
beneficiation methods, and this machine is two lattice-type ball mill. The materials from the
feeding fittings enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis
when it works. There is a ladder-like or ripple-like scaleboard in the first bin, and different
specification steel balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal
force, the force carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind
the materials. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via
a single layer partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the
materials are further ground. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board.

Three-roller Mill Plant is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh’s
scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble,talcum, barite,
gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud,mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alunite,
fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment and so on. The granularity of the end products is
325-2500 meshes (0.044-0.0055mm).
Working Principle Of Three-roller Mill Plant:

The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer,
and numbers of rings and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through
plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are
sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the middle
of first dial evenly; the materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and fall
into the ring channels and are pressed, crushed and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then
the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure
centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the
third ring to powder Separator. The rotating turbo in the powder Separator makes the coarse
materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the
cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which
mixed with very little fineness are purified by impulse dust catcher and discharged by blower and
muffler.

Three-ring Mill Plant


Three-ring Mill Plant is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh’s scale
and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble,talcum, barite, gypsum,
dolomite, bentonite mud,mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite,
potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment and so on. The granularity of the end products is
325-2500 meshes (0.044-0.0055mm).
Working Principle Of Three-ring Mill Plant:


The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer,
and numbers of rings and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through
plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are
sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the middle
of first dial evenly; the materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and fall
into the ring channels and are pressed, crushed and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then
the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure
centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the
third ring to powder Separator. The rotating turbo in the powder Separator makes the coarse
materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the
cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which
mixed with very little fineness are purified by impulse dust catcher and discharged by blower and
muffler.

Ball Milling Machine

The Ball Milling Machine is widely applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials,
glass, pottery, chemical industry and so on. The Ball Milling Machine can grind all kinds of rocks
and grinding materials. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
Working Principle Of Ball Milling Machine:

Ball Milling Machine can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different
beneficiation methods, and this machine is two lattice-type ball mill. The materials from the
feeding fittings enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis
when it works. There is a ladder-like or ripple-like scaleboard in the first bin, and different
specification steel balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal
force, the force carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind
the materials. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via
a single layer partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the
materials are further ground. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board.
