you do not have this time sheet view or your "DAILY" time sheet view has been
modified, you must create a time sheet view having the following set of columns in
the order shown below. Make sure to use this time sheet view when importing files
created from this template.

IMPORTANT - Make sure that Macros are enabled in Excel when using this
template.
1. At the top of the Time worksheet, enter dates for the period begin and end date.
2. In the entry grid record time entries. You can click Date/Time while in the Date,
Start Time, and End Time columns to insert the current date or time. In the
Employee, Job, Cost Code, and Pay ID columns, you can click List Items (or press
Ctrl+L) to display a list of available items. To add a new blank row to the grid, click
New Row. Click Copy Last to add a new row to the grid that copies information
from the last row entered.
3. Once all time has been recorded, click Save Import Files on the ImportTools
toolbar.
4. Provide a name for the import file and click Save.
5. Follow the steps documented in the Payroll module's help to import the file into
the Payroll module.
Hidden column J through N provide validation logic for the values being entered in
the grid.
Hidden column O provides a code indicating whether the entry represents regular or
overtime hours.
Hidden column P includes a TSImport function that acts as an instruction for
ImportTools to write data from the worksheet to the import file.
