Thank you for agreeing to provide a Property Valuation for the property in question. Please read the instructions below
carefully. The appearance, quality, and accuracy of the BPO that you provide will reflect the professional quality
of you as a real estate agent or broker.

The Valuation document is extremely important to the lender. Major decisions regarding the subject property will be m
information, data, and values that you provide.

Acceptance of this assignment is a commitment you make to Dinwiddie Property Services ( DPS ), and to the lender.

1.  Please review this form immediately, and call or e-mail any questions or issues.
2.  E-mail a current copy of your real estate license as soon as possible.
3.  Save the blank form to your computer before entering data. Do not enter data on E-mail.
4.  While entering data on the form, save frequently.
5.  When BPO is complete, e-mail the Excel form back to DPS. DO NOT convert to .pdf.
4.  Complete all data fields. If data is not available, use your best professional estimate.
6.  Comment Fields.
    a. Do not leave comment fields blank.
    b. Read and follow the instruction line (in red ) above the comment field.
