All layaways of “Yaa Halla Y’all” packages are considered non-refundable.
Discounted price before June 1, 2006 is $255.00. This includes all Shows and
Dance Workshops Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This does not include any Thursday
workshops or Drum workshops.

A $5.00 Layaway Registration fee will be charged. There will be a $5.00 late payment
for each monthly payment received after the 10th of each month. I understand that
all monthly layaway payments will be automatically billed to my credit card on the
10th of each month, and that the final payment due in August will be billed on August
1st, not the 10th.

Cancellations will result in a loss of any previous payments, regardless of time frame
or reason. Any layaways not completed by August 1, 2006, will be adjusted to the
full package price, not the advance discounted price.
