ESTABLISHING A NEW ACCOUNT
All prospective accounts will be reviewed by a Coral Sales Member, and must submit a Credit
Application and Exemption Certification form to the Credit Department.
Terms: All approved accounts will carry a standard credit terms of Net 30 days.

No deductions may be taken from an invoice without prior approval. When an approved deduc-

person approving deduction, and date of approval).
All purchase orders submitted to Coral Industries must be faxed to 800-255-7320, Attention:
Customer Service. Purchase Orders must include:

Stock items and custom items must be listed on separate purchase orders.
Orders for custom items should be submitted on the Custom Enclosure Measuring/Ordering Guide.
REMIT Purchase orders for custom items must include centerline dimensions or a model number of the
PAYMENTS unit to be fitted. Orders for custom doors may not be cancelled after production has begun.
TO: Modifying an order for a custom door may result in a delayed shipment.

.O. Doors shipping in the “Quick Ship Program” will have a flat freight charge applied. (The “Quick
Tuscaloosa, Alabama Ship Progam” does not apply to all doors). Modifying an order for a “Quick Ship” door may result

Request for literature, catalogs, and sample kits must be faxed to Coral Customer Service on a
Marketing Tools Request Form whenever possible, and should include the customer name. Whole-
sale customers will be granted free literature up to 1% of the previous year’s purchases. Orders
exceeding 1% will be billed at full price.
DISPL AY PROGRAM
Doors displayed in showrooms on existing fiberglass / acrylic units or in full size displays, are
available at a discounted price. Contact Coral or your agency representative for discount details.
Special display requests should be routed through Coral or your agency representative.
REPL ACEMENT PARTS
Coral is not responsible for costs of fabricated parts for out-of-plumb units. The costs and
shipping charges for these parts are the responsibility of the customer.
When requesting replacements for damaged or missing parts, the original purchase order number
is required before replacement parts can be sent at no charge, and for quality control purposes.

RETURNS / DEFECTIVES
All returns must be authorized by Coral. Requests for returns should be submitted in writing and
must include the following:
1) MODEL NUMBER OF DOOR
2) PURCHASE ORDER OR SHOP ORDER NUMBER (located under the largest barcode on spine of box)
3) REASON FOR RETURN
Upon authorization, an ARM Number will be issued. Units being returned must be identified with
the ARM Number.
• Returned items must have been purchased within the last 12 months.
• Custom enclosures may not be returned, except under the conditions of the manufacturer’s
• Returned doors will be inspected. If determined to be in saleable condition, credit will be
issued accordingly. No credit will be issued for units failing to pass inspection.
• Doors returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s warranty or error on the part of
Coral Industries, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• No credit will be issued for doors returned without a ARM number.
Coral will determine the best shipping method for returning doors to us. We may pick up doors
on our truck, provide the customer with a bill of lading, or inform the customer that they are
responsible for return freight. Under no circumstances should doors be sent to Coral freight
Any door with a manufacturer’s defect which cannot be made complete by replacement parts
(i.e. hardware bag, frame package), must be written up by the manufacturer’s representative on a
Field Destroy Form. The Field Destroy Form must be complete with the following information
before credit will be issued:
1) CUSTOMER NAME & ADDRESS 4) SHOP ORDER NO. (found under barcode) OR PURCHASE ORDER NO.
2) MODEL NUMBER 5) REASON FOR FIELD DESTROY REQUEST
Do not destroy any unit until you have received authorization.
Any door received by the wholesaler, whether by Coral truck, Fed Ex / UPS, or Common
Carrier, with obvious damage should be refused at delivery. All doors received damaged should
be reordered by the wholesaler as soon as possible.
Request for special pricing, terms, dating, or job quotes must be submitted to Coral in writing,
and must include the following: 3) MODEL NUMBER 6) COMPETITOR
1) CUSTOMER NAME AND ADDRESS 4) QUANTITY 7) COMPETITOR’S MODEL NUMBER
2) JOB NAME AND ADDRESS 5) REQUESTED PRICE 8) COMPETITOR’S PRICE
All job quotes must be approved by Coral and will be honored for 90 days unless otherwise
Doors may not be delivered to a job site unless the manufacturer’s rep has personally visited the
site and determined that it can be easily accessed by a full tractor trailer combination, and that there
is material handling equipment on site to ensure the rapid, and convenient off-loading of doors.
Even if these conditions are met, a member of Coral’s Sales Department must approve delivery

Coral reserves the right to discontinue any stock item or option listed, at any time, without

1) QUICK SHIP. Quick ship orders are transported for a flat fee, on the day following receipt
of the order. All doors are not eligible for the Quick Ship Program. In such cases, Coral will
determine the best method of delivery.
2) CORAL TRUCK OR COMMON CARRIER. Orders for 6 or more units may ship freight free via Coral
truck or common carrier.
Coral reserves the right to select the best shipping method for service to customers. Shipping
costs and arrangements are subject to changes by each carrier. Coral is not responsible for
