All donations need to be at the Land Trust Office by May 21st in order to be
photographed and prepared for event or online display. Therefore, please check the
applicable box for delivery instructions:

__My donation accompanies this contract (e.g. a gift certificate)
__My donation cannot be delivered (e.g. vacation home, a service):
