Size:
    All Senior ads will be ½ a page. The ½ page may be shared by friends,
      but will remain at the ½ page size.

Pricing:
      If ad is paid in full by June 16th the cost is $125. You have the option of
       paying $25 by June 16th to reserve your spot, and a payment schedule of
       $25 will be due by the 5th day of each month starting in September with
       the last payment being Jan 5th for a total of $150.
        (Once you start the payment schedule no refund can be made.)

       Payment can also be brought to the school the day of your child’s Senior
        Portrait Appointment, which will be June 15th or June 16th as made by Bill
        Miller Photography. (Reminder: all drape and tux pictures for the yearbook must be taken by
        Bill Miller. A purchase does not have to be made in order for this picture to be in the yearbook).

Include with order form:
     4 to 6 photos (digital photos only-can be emailed to sbrooks@tcboe.org or
       mbrownell@tcboe.org) Pictures are due by September 1st.
     Message typed- 50 word maximum of either something the senior or
       senior's parents want to say
      (Inappropriate messages or photos will not be accepted.)

Please keep in mind that the space for ads is on a “first come, first serve” basis.
If your ad is not received by June 16th a Senior ad can not be guaranteed and will
be offered to businesses. It is our goal to have an ad section completely devoted
to Seniors.

All ads must be paid with cash or money order.

Please include the order form, message typed, and photographs when placing
order to Mrs. Brooks.

Dear Upcoming Senior Parent:

Although it may seem as though your son or daughter just entered Childersburg
High School not too long ago, graduation is right around the corner. The
yearbook staff’s annual fundraiser offers a creative way to show how proud you
are of your graduating senior by publishing a senior ad in the yearbook.

This will be our second year to offer Senior Ads in the manner as follows. The
yearbook will feature a section devoted to seniors, and the senior section will be
located at the back of the book. Senior ads will be directly behind this section
which will make your ads easy to locate. All senior ads will be half page in size,
include 2 to 4 pictures, and contain either a message to your son or daughter or
a message from your son or daughter. All messages may not exceed 50 words.
This year we have ½ page ads only at the cost of $150. We are offering two
payment options. If ad is paid in full by June 16th the cost of the ad is $125.

Payment can be sent through the mail to the school or brought to the school on
June 15th or 16th during Senior Portrait appointments. Please submit all ad
materials together to Mrs. Brooks or through email by September 1st.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold an ad space or process your order until we have
all of your ad materials. However, we encourage you to submit ads as soon
as possible; due to limited space, we will print ads on a first come first
serve basis.

We need to receive your pictures in a digital format for the best quality. However,
you may wish to send a digital picture by submitting a CD with the photo(s) saved
as a JPEG file, pictures may be sent via email as an attachment, or brought on a
jump drive. Please avoid scanning photos, as Tiger Tracks will not be able to
guarantee the final ad’s quality. Unfortunately, we cannot return submitted
photos. Be sure you have an original copy.
