Permanent Resident Visa
Since 1994
It is a 5 year multiple entry Permanent Resident Visa. To retain the resident
status a Permanent resident need to live in Australia for 2 out the each 5 years
period of validity. After 4 years of stay in Australia a permanent resident can
apply for citizenship
Eligibility:
• Australia accepts applications under general skilled, employer nomination and
state nomination programs;
• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; master’s degree does not get extra
credits in the overall pass mark count;
•Relevant work Experience of 2 years onwards; in some occupations one can
apply after one year full time relevant work experience;
• Skills assessment is a crucial stage of application eligibility process;
• IELTS required (General or Academic Module); module and required IELTS
depends on the applicant’s occupation, skills assessment body and where
applicable, on state that is nominating him;
•Spousal qualifications and experience can make positive contribution to
eligibility in select cases;
• Eligibility criteria undergo significant changes in July, 2011 and new pass mark

Skilled Worker Program

It is a 5 year multiple entry Permanent Resident Visa. To retain the resident
status a Permanent resident need to live in Canada for 2 out the each 5 years
period of validity. After 3 years of stay in Canada a permanent resident can apply
for your citizenship. Once you attain your Canadian citizenship then you are
allowed to work with employers in USA without H-1/L-1 and against USA
employer job offer and TN visa.
Eligibility:
Canada accepts skilled applications under federal, provincial and Quebec
programs
Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
Work Experience of 1-4 years or more; Canada is one destination where
experience – even if it is not related to earned qualifications is accepted;
Canada has very flexible selection criteria as regards experience; one can
qualify against just one year experience in the qualified occupation. Rest
of the experience is counted towards overall pass-mark point count even
when rest of the experience is not related to qualified occupation;
Canada has liberal policies on crediting points for spousal qualifications
and blood relations is Canada;
Canada has an occupation list based federal skilled program; the new list
is expected to be announce in July, 2011;
Canada has a unique program called arranged employment offer;
ABHINAV is accepting mandates under the program;
Canada also offers flexible IELTS language test criteria as points can be
compensated against other factors including spousal qualifications, blood
relations and arranged employment factor etc. There is NO minimum
required IELTS score. The test is required to be given in general training
module;

Where the applicant is single and gets married AFTER the application has
been filed and it is in process and he wishes his file to be updated with
spousal information, he will pay additional Rupees 20,000/- for updating
information and forms for spouse
Where the applicant is married and is blessed with a new born baby, while
the processing of the application is under process, the file will be required
to be updated with forms and information related the new born child,
then he will pay additional Rupees 10,000/- for updating information and
forms for the child.
Where the applicant wishes to get his file transferred to another overseas
location, while the processing of the application is under process, he will
pay additional Rupees 20,000/- for executing the transfer process to
another Visa office. It may be mentioned that transfer of file to another
visa post may not be permitted by Canadian visa agencies in some
instances.

Accord on Immigration. Skilled and self employed professionals not qualifying

Denmark Green Card
Denmark Green Card is a multiple entry Residence permit initially issued for 18

Hong Kong Quality Migrant
Admission Scheme

Since 1994 The Quality Migrant Admission Scheme is an entrant scheme for Hong Kong which
is based on a quota. This program is for skilled professionals and entrepreneurs
who intend to live and work in Hong Kong. All the qualifying criteria are assessed
on a Points Based Test and then allotted a quota.

More the experience, especially in senior level positions, more are the

Issued initially for one year; the visa gets 2 more extensions up to seven
