  the Office of the US Global AIDS Coordinator
  (OGAC) led by MSH, in collaboration with Abt
  Associates, Constella Futures, IPA, and
  MIDEGO
• Committed to strengthening the performance
  of GF grants
• Available to all GF grantee countries (136+)‫‏‬

• Urgent, short-term technical support to
  CCMs & PRs to unblock bottlenecks &
  implementation problems hindering grant
  performance, assist CCMs & PRs to
  meet GF conditions & deadlines
• Build capacity of local consultants to
  provide TS to GF activities locally
• Build capacity of CSOs to participate as
  SRs
