1. Please describe your experience with transporting medically fragile youngsters.

2. This position will require constant interface with parents. What approach do you use
   in your communications with parents?

3. Please describe your experience and/or knowledge of transportation regulations,
   specifically bus inspections and drug testing.

4. The hours for this position will vary depending on scheduling and traffic conditions.
   Will this present any difficulties?

5. What would you do in the event of an accident?

6. What would you do if a child was injured on the bus or there was some other type of
   emergency?

7. Due to restrictions of liability insurance, children of employees are not permitted to
   ride the school bus. Does this present any issue for you?
