INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. The last date for receipt of application together with fee prescribed in the Office of the
Controller of Examinations, Mother Teresa Women‟s University.Kodaikanal is
15.04.09.
2. Late applications will be accepted after the due date specified, upto “12” days only on
Payment of penalty of Rs.50/- (27.04.09). After the last date Prescribed, applications
will not be entertained.
3. For the students who have not paid their tuition fees and other fees the Hall tickets will
Be Withheld.
4. The fee should be paid in the form of separate DD drawn in favour of THE
REGISTRAR, MOTHER TERESA WOMEN’S UNIVERSITY, KODAIKANAL
PAYABLE AT STATE BANK OF INDIA, KODAIKANAL.
5. Rs.500/-will be charged for not bringing the Hall Ticket to the Examination Hall.
6. Those students who are having arrear papers should enclose a separate letter addressed
to the Controller of Examinations mentioning the title of the arrear papers along with
the Examination Application form.
7. Those who are appearing for the examination in the first time have to pay the fees for
all the papers.
8.Once selected the center for examination will not be changed.
9. The candidates will have to receive their hall tickets from the Co-ordinators of their
respective study centers a day prior to the commencement of the examination. Direct
Enrolled students may collect their hall tickets from the Chief Superintendent a day
Prior to the commencement of the examination at the examination centre.
10. Examinations will be held only at the places enclosed.
11. The Candidates who wish to write the examinations in Tamil are permitted to do so.
