                                       NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
                                       SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 12, 2004
     Under the provisions of M.G.L. Ch 30A and pursuant to the authority found in M.G.L. Ch. 130 ss. 94, the
     Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) has scheduled a hearing on a petition by the Marshfield Selectmen
     to acquire local control of regulations of that town’s alewife fishery. A public hearing has been
     scheduled for Monday, April 12, 2004 (8:30PM) in the Selectmen’s Hearing Room at the Marshfield
     Town Hall (870 Moraine Street, Marshfield, MA 02050). Contact MarineFisheries for draft regulations
