Friday, March 27, 2009—Registration, Weigh –In and Seminars are the Clarion Hotel Anaheim, Saturday, March 28, 2009—Competition and Seminars at the Convention Center Sunday, March 29, 2009—Athlete Celebration Experience Performances, Demonstrations and Pre-Parade March inside the Disneyland Resort. Theme Park ticket required for entrance. Annual Pass accepted with an additional fee. .
Cancellation Policy

Final payments on housing accommodations were due to GET Travel at the time of booking. Cancellations made after February 23 and 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, incur a $100 cancellations fee per room, plus any additional cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers, up to a penalty equal to the full value of the package price.
Theme Park Ticket Pick Up & Ticket Sales
GET Travel Sports will be on site during the Disneyland® Martial Arts Festival. Our Guest Service Desk is located at the Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort in the hotel lobby on Friday, March 27, 2009 and at the Anaheim Convention Center in Hall E on Saturday, March 28, 2009. Guest service Staff will be available during the hours listed below. Pre-purchased theme park tickets can be picked up at this Guest Service Desk. A credential to participate in the Athlete Celebration Pre-Parade March will be provided at that time. We’ll also have a limited number of Specially priced Theme Park tickets for sale! For guests not staying at the Clarion, the first 30 minutes of parking is FREE, so you may pick up your theme park tickets! Be Part of Martial Arts History Represent your discipline on Sunday, March 29th, 2009 as part of Athlete Celebration Experience inside Disneyland® Park. This day includes a fun day of playing, demonstrations and pre-parade march of Athlete that participated in Disneyland® Martial Arts Festival.

When you arrive at the Clarion Hotel please proceed to the hotel check-in counter and give your name and photo ID. Hotel rooms are assigned by the last names of those people you registered with GET Travel. If you did not provide a full list of roommates prior to departure, your room(s) may be listed under the person who originally booked your room(s). If you have any room concerns or challenges upon check -in please call our on-site emergency number listed under the Important Phone Numbers on the first page OR visit us in the lobby of the Clarion Hotel
