Artist Relations Freelance Consultant
Managed coordination of multi-day music events, working closely with tour managers, artists,
and event management.
  • Coordinated artist relations for multiple high profile events such as the “We Are One”
       performance for the Presidential Inauguration of Barack Obama; the White House Easter
       Egg Roll; Lollapalooza music festival (Chicago) and Austin City Limits (Austin).

Nightcastle Management & Trans-Siberian Orchestra  2006-2009
Road Manager
Toured the US and Canada with one of the industry’s most ambitious touring productions, completing
90+ performances in 46 cities over 64 days each season.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, diplomacy and patience as manager for 18 band members on
     tour of over traveling 100 personnel.
  • Led travel logistics and communication with band and crew, including meet and greets, radio
     interviews, after-show events, and travel arrangements.
   Promoted from Hospitality Coordinator to Road Manager.
Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts  2008
Production Manager
Coordinated production and technical details for two simultaneous residencies, Mid-Summer
Night Swing and Lincoln Center Out of Doors. Both festivals ran 5 nights a week with several
daily performances.
     Liaised between the incoming performers and the Lincoln Center coordinating all
      technical and personal requirements.
     Managed multiple rotating acts dancers and musicians.
     Promoted from Runner to Assistant Production Manager in 2008.

Bruce Springsteen & the E-Street Band World Tour  2003-2008
Production Assistant – Magic and Rising Tours
First assistant and trainee in high-profile international music tour management. Training
included cycling through various departments within the tour, gaining increasing responsibility.
Assisted in production of 240 shows across three continents.
   Held roles in accounting, production, teleprompter, dressing rooms, management office
       and backstage management.
   The Rising tour was the 10th highest grossing tour of all time bringing in 221 million
       dollars only to be surpassed by the 2007-2008 Magic tour that is the 9th highest grossing
       tour of all time bringing in 235 million dollars.

Live Nation Entertainment  2000-2006
Assistant Production Manager
Served as Live Nation’s venue representative for all events at the PNC Bank Arts Center,
producing 100+ shows and festivals in 20,000 capacity venue.
     Planned and managed all advance production details by liaising with traveling tours and
      artist managers including: transportation, trucking, rigging, audio, lighting, dressing
      rooms, ticketing and backstage requirements.
     Created and managed strict budgets for wide variety of productions, from local cultural
      events high profile global tours.
     Promoted from Runner to Assistant Production Manager in 2005.

Annual Joan Dancy & PALS New York City Fundraiser, New York, NY  2007-Present
Founder of NYC Constituency
Expanded reach of New Jersey non-profit that supports victims afflicted with ALS, also known
as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Established and grew constituency in New York City targeting young
professionals, a previously untapped demographic who will grow with the charity.
   Achieved 125% in revenue growth raising over $100,000+ over four annual events and
      increased attendance year over year, reaching 350 attendees in 2010
   Directed event operations, including: budgeting, marketing, logistics, catering,
      sponsorship, digital media design, silent auction, and human resources.
   Motivated and coordinated 13 volunteer board members to complete tasks effectively
   Established and maintained corporate sponsorships with companies including Bliss Spa,
      Budweiser, Bobbi Brown cosmetics, Domenico Vacca, HINT flavored water, Myriad
      Restaurant Group, PGA Magazine, Shop-Rite, Tito’s Vodka, and Vineyard Vines.

DC Setlist is a blog and facebook application built from the ground up where 2,000 locals turn to
discover whats happening in DC’s music scene. We conver events, non-profits, bands and
individuals alike to profile whats new and exciting locally.
     Coordinate daily postings on what’s new and interesting in the music industry through
      facebook, twitter and our blog.
     DC Setlist is a featured through TBD.com’s bloging network and the Pinkline Project
      helping drive traffic to our site building the community.

Data BBQ, Washington, DC  2010
Organizer
Data BBQ is a networking event to connect entrepreneurs, technologists, engineers and individuals
advocating for open data. Hosted as freestanding events during both DCWEEK and mHealth
Summit, facilitated new connections among 150 guests from the DC tech community.
   Coordinated partnership between sponsors iStrategyLabs and Insomniac Design to host
      event in the offices of Local America to strategically promote the start-up.
   Events received positive media attention from O’Reilly Media’s gov20.govfresh.com
      correspondent Alex Howard from O’Reilly Media.
