***Quick Spaghetti Dinner

1lb ground turkey
2 tablespoons Veg oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cans Italian crushed tomatoes
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1/2 cup dice green pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 package thin spaghetti

In a large skillet, brown turkey in oil and garlic powder. drain off fat. combine all other
ingredients in frying pan with turkey. cover & simmer for 1 hour.
prepare spaghetti according to package, top spaghetti with sauce and serve.

***Chicken- Broccoli Casserole

1 pkg cauliflower
1(6oz.) can cooked chicken
1 pkg frozen broccoli
4 oz. grated low-fat cheese
1 can mushroom pieces
1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

prep.
spray 10" pie plate with non-stick spray.
mix uncooked, defrosted cauliflower and broccoli, chicken, cheese and mushrooms in pie plate.
beat all other ingredients until smooth and pour over mixture in pie plate
bake 45-60 min @ 350 degrees
