This letter is to confirm your attendance and participation in the Council Judicial Board Hearing
held on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 regarding the alleged off-campus event (SLRP, Article VIII.
Current Sorority Members, 12).
The Panhellenic Council Judicial Board has reviewed relevant information and documents; heard
testimonies presented during the hearing and reached an official decision. This incident was found
in accordance with policies of the Drury University Sorority Life community, specifically the Sorority
Life Recruitment Policies.
ARTICLE VIII. CURRENT SORORITY MEMBERS
12. Sorority members may not invite potential members to off-campus activities or events,
unless given specific written permission by Panhellenic council and two or more chapters
Based on information presented during the Judicial Hearing and all relevant information relating to
this case, the Panhellenic Council Judicial Board has confirmed that your chapter members have
been cleared of all charges relating to this case, pending your signature, the case will be closed.
SANCTIONS: No sanctions and cleared of all charges.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Make a decision regarding your acceptance/rejection of sanctions.
Have all individuals involved in incident or listed on this letter sign appropriate section
Return a signed copy of this notice to Greek Life office (FSC 120) by August 14, 2008.
Keep one copy of this notification for your records.
ACCEPT SANCTIONS: By signing the accept sanctions section, you understand that you have
accepted the decision of the mediation compromise, you will be required to resolve charges by
completing all sanctions listed within the time allotted, and you will waive your rights to a formal
procedure and hearing at the next level.

REJECT SANCTIONS: By signing the reject sanctions section, you understand that you have rejected
the decision of the mediation compromise and you have invoked your right to a hearing with the
Drury University Student Judicial Board. In the formal hearing, you will have the opportunity to
present information about the incident to the Council Judicial Board and explain why you do not
accept the sanctions stated in this letter. You will be contacted shortly to schedule your hearing.

effective August 14, 2008.
