 Important information for filling up the compliance report
 The institution is required to submit two copies of the Compliance Report as per
  prescribed format along with mandatory disclosure to the concerned Regional Office
  latest by 31st August 2009.

 The Compliance Report should be submitted alongwith a processing fee of
  Rs. 50,000/- in the form of demand draft in the favour of Member Secretary, AICTE,
  payable at New Delhi. The compliance reports without the processing fee will not be
  accepted.

 The information in the compliance report should be filled up strictly as per the
  prescribed format. Compliance Reports with incomplete information will not be
  accepted.

 All the annexures should be indexed with page numbers and signed by the authorized
  signatory of the institution.

Strengths :
     Department is equipped with the state-of-the-art laboratories with 3 servers and 77 terminals, connected
       in LAN with Broad Band connectivity.
      VSAT terminals with access to 4000+ online scientific & research journals.
      Graphics workstation with 50 “ Plasma, Animation Software MAYA 6.5, Pinnacle Studio 9.0
      Department is having institutional membership of ISTE, besides faculty of the department is having
       LIFE/Professional membership of ISTE, Computer Society of India, ACM, IEEE, IE, IETE, INNS etc.
      Department is utilizing MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) as an e-
       learning management system for students
      Frequent revision of syllabi (every three year) as per the need of industry.
      The Department is having young faculty with an average age of 40 years.
Weaknesses :
      Western Vidarbha region is tribal and economically backward without Industrial exposure; leads to have
       average pupils for the course of study.
