     In order for alcohol to be served on Wing of Paradise® Corporation premises, a
     Special Occasion Permit from a LCBO within Cambridge is required. Party and
     Alcohol Liability Insurance (P.A.L.) with a minimum coverage of $2 million is also
     needed. Wing of Paradise® Corporation must be named on the Insurance document.
     This document is commonly purchased through your home insurance policy or we
     recommend Cambridge Insurance Brokers as they are familiar with our events.

Includes one day storage of alcohol, refrigeration, glassware, bar tender(s) and security
host.
