             RE: Audiomedi Hi-Tec

In 2009, Audiomedi-Hi Tec (AMHT) won tender to provide Amajuba District with
hearing aids. We received ELKON 201, AM 111, AURORA 12 & Digitrim XP12
hearing aids.

The hearing aids were delivered shortly after the closing date of the tender. Each
hearing aid package included an ear tip, hearing aid, hearing aid manual, dry aid
kit & a card of batteries. All these were enfolded in a leather carrier case.
All these hearing aids are of great quality & meet most of our clients needs. In the
haring aid selection process, two out of three clients would always choose an
AMHT over other comparison hearing aid. I particular like the AM 111 hearing aid
as it worked well with patients who are used to analogue technology & not
adapting well to digital technology hearing aids. Digitrim XP 12 is one of the best
hearing aids for profound hearing loss.

Since we started fitting these hearing aids, not a single AMHT hearing aid has
been sent for repairs and we have not received any complaints from any client
about malfunctioning, poor quality or any other hearing aid associated problem.

The only problem encountered was with the software. It was complex & there
features that could not be easily accessed, thus making it difficult to program
digital hearing aids. Novjot Signh (AMHT’s electronic & communication engineer),
came down to Madadeni and provided in-service training for hearing aids and
software usage.

Madadeni Provincial Hospital would like to thank Audiomedi Hi Tec for an
excellent service. We looking forward to continue working with your in the future.
