                           0900 Yavapai College Training Room

Call to order at 0900
Meeting was called to order and last month’s minutes were read and approve.

   1) Chief Blair JFD
          a. Restroom Facilities, need to get with Dave Marshal about possible garage, bay,
              bathroom

   2) Capt. Dawson CFD
           a. Drinking water line. .
           b. Attic Prop. In progress
           c. Repair Roof on burn building. Larry and Russ
           d. Clean up of left over burn from Larry will talk. Tim Wills
           e. Clean-up from Camp Verdes burn by Cottonwood Fire

   3) Captain Rauton VVFD
          a. Paginite
                  i. Order was held up due to cost increase
                 ii. Paginite need to be upgraded, maybe wanes coat with Fire Brick, Mikes
                     working on it.
                iii. Approve funds $5,500.
                iv. Smoke machine was $1,800.00 will get quotes
          b. Financial Report
                  i. Looking into new facility with Chip Davis
          c. Upcoming training?

   4) Chief Maxwell SFD
          a. Upcoming training opportunities? Extrication/Hybrid class November 9th & 10th
          b. Building in Clarkdale for training. Breach breaking, entrapment, September 7th
          c. Repair widows and doors on burn building. Maxwell
          d.

   5) Camp Verde Representative
         a. Air Monitoring Project, Monitor delivery and upkeep
         b. Upcoming training opportunities, Haz-Mat
          A Sub-Committee of the Verde Valley Fire Chief’s Association
   6) New Business:?
          a. Buzz will send info on ARRA to Brandon
          b. Haz Wopper on web base training.
          c. Gas prop, electrical panels
          d. Tri state Fire Muster 6,7,8,9 Aug
          e. Nicks money for WMD
          f. Fee Schedule Joint agreement
                  i. Usage of the college at the training center.
                 ii. Need to update our fee schedule and use agreements.
