• This is a fully flexible fare for Virgin Blue's Premium Economy seating. In addition to your wider seat and extra legroom*^, there is no fee to
change the fare, and it is fully refundable in most circumstances, at an applicable fee up to 24 hours after departure. On the ground
Premium Economy gives you the benefits of free checked baggage allowance of up to 32kg, Priority Check-in at major Australian domestic
airports, Brisbane and Port Moresby international terminals, and complimentary access to The Lounge (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane,
Adelaide and Canberra domestic airports). In the air, Premium Economy offers extra choice and value, including your choice of
complimentary onboard food and beverages+ and complimentary live2air in-flight entertainment on Boeing 737 aircraft#.
* With the exception of flights from Denpasar to Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, Brisbane to Honiara and Port Moresby (and return flights

responsible for any interruptions to the service including, without limitation, those due to acts of nature, power failure, satellite signal failure
or any other cause. On flights outside of Australian airspace limited or possibly no signal will be received.
• Changes - You can change the date and time of your flight and the name of the passenger and you do not have to pay a change fee. All you
have to do is contact the Guest Contact Centre (GCC) at any time up to 24 hours after your flight's scheduled departure time. If you booked
your flight on our website, you can also change the date and time of your flight on our website up to 60 mins prior to your flight's scheduled
departure time. Your new fare may be more expensive than the original fare. You must pay any fare difference when you change your
booking. Any other changes to your flight (eg changes to routing) are not permitted and will be treated as a cancellation.
• Cancellations - You can cancel your flight at no additional cost by contacting the GCC at any time up to 24 hours after your flight's
scheduled departure time. If you booked your flight on our website you can also cancel your flight on our website up to 60 mins prior to
your flight's scheduled departure time.
• Refunds and credits - If you cancel your flight in accordance with these fare rules, you can elect one of two options, depending on how you
paid for your flight. Note that the second option is not available for all forms of payment. Credit - Available for all forms of payment. Receive
a credit for the amount you paid for your flight. The credit must be used within 12 months from the date you purchased your flight. If you
elect to receive a credit, you cannot subsequently apply for a refund. To book a new flight using your credit, you must contact the GCC.
Your new fare may be more expensive than the original fare. If you booked your flight using Velocity points, you can only obtain a credit.
You cannot obtain a refund.
• Refund - Not available if you booked your flight with Velocity points or with a credit from a previous flight. If you are eligible for this option,
you can elect to receive a refund in the same form as the original form of payment, less an administrative fee of $30AUD (Aust domestic)
for domestic bookings or $50AUD/$30USD/PGK117/$338SBD/for international bookings per Guest per cancellation. Where you have paid by
cash, EFTPOS or POLi Direct Debit, the refund will be directly deposited into your nominated Australian or New Zealand bank account. If you
have booked using credit from another Virgin Blue fare type you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Premium Economy Taster Upgrades - If you purchased an Upgrade, the Fare Rules of your original booking class will apply to changes,
cancellation, refund or credit of your upgraded flight. Upgrade fee is non-refundable. Changes and cancellations to Premium Economy
Taster Upgrade bookings must be made through the Virgin Blue Guest Contact Centre, Business Service Centre, or Velocity Member Contact
Centre between 3 hours and 45 minutes prior to flight departure. Please note that Velocity Membership Contact Centre operates between
8:00am and 8:00pm AEST Monday to Friday bookings, changes and cancellations for Taster Upgrade redeemed with Velocity Points cannot
be made for flights departing before 9:00am or after 11:00pm AEST weekdays or for any weekend flight departure.
• Book and Hold - If you book through a travel agent or call our GCC you have the option to hold your reservation (without payment) for 48
hours. You must pay for the flight within 48 hours or your booking will be automatically cancelled. Any reservations made within 48 hours of
your flight's scheduled departure time will require instant payment. The book and hold functionality is not available for bookings made using
Velocity Points or if the preferred payment method is by POLi Direct Debit.
• No show - If you do not fly and do not notify us within 24 hours after your flight's scheduled departure time, you will forfeit any fare paid
and/or your Velocity Points (as applicable). If you check in, but do not fly, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
• Other important fare rules - This fare is only applicable origin to destination and no en-route stopovers are permitted.
• Currency - For international travel, the currency in which you made your original booking will apply any changes or cancellations you make.

This tax invoice reflects ALL charges associated with your Virgin Blue booking since its initial creation. This tax invoice may have been updated
to reflect additional charges applied after the original booking was created. The recipient may be entitled to claim GST credits under the New
Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. If there has been variation or cancellation to your booking, this document also acts as an
adjustment note. The amount of the latest additional payment or credit includes GST (unless the booking is not subject to GST).
There are certain goods which are prohibited from being taken on board or being carried in your checked luggage due to legal and safety
requirements. For full details see the terms and conditions attached.
Virgin Blue takes jokes about safety and security seriously. Federal legislation provides significant penalties, including fines and imprisonment,
for those persons convicted of making threats against aviation, even if they are made as a joke or a hoax. In addition to any action law
enforcement agencies may take against you as a result of such threats, Virgin Blue also reserves the right to seek recovery of any financial loss
suffered as a direct or indirect result of any joke or hoax threats.
IDENTIFICATION AT CHECK-IN
At any stage during check-in, boarding or the flight, all Guests including children may be required to produce ID, along with this itinerary.
Virgin Blue reserves the right to refuse to carry any Guest who fails to provide ID.
Examples of ID include: Drivers License, Passport, Birth Certificate, School Identification and Medicare Card.
When travelling on a domestic flight with Virgin Blue or Pacific Blue on a Blue Saver or GO! Fare you can choose to travel with carry-on baggage
only, or take checked baggage for just a little more. You can pre-purchase your 23kg baggage allowance at the time of booking or online at
manage bookings before you fly. If the checked baggage allowance is not pre-paid, a higher charge will apply at the airport. Guests who are
Velocity Silver members or are travelling on Flexible Fares are entitled to a free checked baggage allowance of up to 23 kgs. Guests who are
Velocity Gold members or are travelling on Corporate Plus and Premium Economy Fares are entitled to a free checked baggage allowance of up
to 32 kgs. Guests are not required to purchase checked baggage allowance for flights operated by Skywest Airlines. For full details on all

Virgin Blue requires all Guests to conform to minimum dress standards on all flights. All Guests must wear footwear (thongs are acceptable),
shorts/pants/skirts or similar, and shirts (singlets are acceptable). Clothing displaying offensive language or symbols must not be worn.
