Koch Industries, Inc. (Koch), along with its subsidiary companies, is into refining and chemicals, process & pollution
control equipment & technologies, minerals, fertilizers, polymers and fibers, commodity and financial trading and services,
forest and consumer products, and ranching. The company has operations in over 60 countries across North and South
America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa.

The company operates its refining and chemicals business through its subsidiaries including Flint Hills Resources, LP;
Koch Pipeline Company, L.P.; Koch Alaska Pipeline Company, LLC and Colonial Pipeline Company. Flint Hills Resources
is engaged in marketing products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, olefins, polymers and intermediate chemicals. It
operates refineries in Alaska, North Pole; Minnesota, Rosemount; and Texas, Corpus Christi, with a combined crude oil
processing capacity of over 800,000 barrels per day. In addition, the company engages in petrochemical business with
facilities are located in Illinois, Michigan and Texas. These facilities manufacture olefins, aromatics, polymers and
intermediate chemicals.

The company’s subsidiary, Koch Pipeline Company owns and operates over 4,000 miles of pipelines, which refined
petroleum products, transport crude oil, natural gas liquids and chemicals. Its subsidiary, Koch Alaska Pipeline Company,
LLC owns a 3% interest in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System. Also, another Koch company, Colonial Pipeline Company,
owns and operates refined products pipeline.

Koch’s Process & Pollution Control Equipment & Technologies business is operated through Koch Chemical Technology
Group, LLC and its affiliates including Koch-Glitsch, LP, Koch Membrane Systems, Inc., Koch Heat Transfer Company,
LP, John Zink Company, LLC, Optimized Process Designs, Inc., and Koch Knight LLC. Koch Chemical Technology Group
is engaged in designing, manufacturing, selling, installing service process and pollution control equipment. It also provides
engineering services for industries and municipalities worldwide.

The company’s Minerals business is operated through Koch Minerals, LLC and its affiliates, including Koch Carbon, LLC,
The C. Reiss Coal Company, and Koch Exploration Company, LLC. Koch Minerals, along with its affiliates, handles dry-
bulk commodity. It also markets and trade over 40 million tons of products annually. Some of Koch Minerals’ affiliates

in manufacturing, marketing and distributing over 10 million metric tons of nitrogen products annually.

Koch’s Commodity and Financial Trading and Services business is operated through its subsidiary Koch Supply &
Trading. Koch Supply & Trading companies are providing risk management services in crude oil; refined petroleum
products; natural gas and gas liquids; emissions; steel; industrial metals; energy; and other commodities and financial
instruments.

The company’s Polymers and Fibers business is operated through INVISTA B.V. and its subsidiaries. INVISTA, along with
its subsidiaries, is one the world’s largest integrated producers of polymers and fibers, principally for nylon, spandex and
polyester applications with facilities in over 20 countries across the world.

The company operates its Forest and Consumer Products business through Georgia-Pacific LLC, which is engaged in
manufacturing and marketing of tissue, packaging, paper, building products, related chemicals, and fluff, filter and market
pulp. Georgia-Pacific has over 300 manufacturing facilities across North America, South America and Europe.
