Koch Industries, Inc. (Koch), along with its subsidiary companies, is into refining and chemicals, process & pollution
control equipment & technologies, minerals, fertilizers, polymers and fibers, commodity and financial trading and services,
forest and consumer products, and ranching. The company has operations in over 60 countries across North and South
America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa.

The company operates its refining and chemicals business through its subsidiaries including Flint Hills Resources, LP;
Koch Pipeline Company, L.P.; Koch Alaska Pipeline Company, LLC and Colonial Pipeline Company. Flint Hills Resources
is engaged in marketing products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, olefins, polymers and intermediate chemicals. It
operates refineries in Alaska, North Pole; Minnesota, Rosemount; and Texas, Corpus Christi, with a combined crude oil
processing capacity of over 800,000 barrels per day. In addition, the company engages in petrochemical business with
facilities are located in Illinois, Michigan and Texas. These facilities manufacture olefins, aromatics, polymers and
intermediate chemicals.

The company’s subsidiary, Koch Pipeline Company owns and operates over 4,000 miles of pipelines, which refined
