The company operates its business through four divisions, namely, Freight Management, Contract Logistics, Groupage,
and Full Truck Load.
Freight Management division of the company is engaged in offering air and sea freight forwarding services and also
managing industrial projects. Arranging the delivery of goods by ship and plane, preparing the related documentation and
carrying out customs clearance formalities are some of the activities provided under the air and sea freight forwarding.
This divisions industrial projects include services such as transportation and delivery of turnkey plants and others. This
division operates in Asia, Europe, North and Latin America under Geodis Wilson banner.
The company's Contract Logistics division operates in Europe, principally under Geodis Logistics banner. It is engaged in
receiving, storing, handling and managing goods and preparing orders. It also delivers value added services such as

70,000 customers. It operates in 120 countries across North America, Europe, southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Recently, the company and Presstalis (formerly Nmpp) signed a six-year contract to build a multimodal platform with rail
links in the port of Bonneuil-sur-Marne, southeast of Paris.
