Anheuser-Busch InBev NV/SA (AB InBev) is a leader in the global beer industry. The company, through its subsidiaries,
brews and sells beer and other non-alcoholic beverages. The company holds number one or two positions in 19 of its key
markets. It operates 152 beverages plants including beer and non-beer plants and holds over 200 beverage brands. The
company operates though two business segments namely, Beer and Non-Beer.

The company, through its Beer segment, brews beer at its 138 plants, spread across in 23 countries. It offers the products
under three categories, namely, Global brands, Multi-country brands and Local champions. AB InBev's Global brand
portfolio includes flagship brand-Budweiser, Stella Artois and Beck‘s. The Multi-country brand portfolio comprises
Hoegaarden and Leffe brands. The key brands in Local Champions category include Bud Light, Skol, Harbin, Brahma
Fresh, Jupiler, Quilmes, Klinskoye, Siberian Crown and Cass. In the fiscal year ended December 2009, the Beer segment
accounted for 87.7% of the revenues.

AB InBev's Non-Beer segment is involved in the production and sale of non-alcoholic beverages such as cold drinks and
non-alcoholic beer in few markets. It operates 14 non-beer plants. The company also produces non-alcoholic beverages
for third party companies such as PepsiCo. In the fiscal year ended December 2009, the Non-Beer segment accounted
for 12.3% of the revenues.

Geographically, the company operates in six operational zones, namely, North America, Western Europe, Central and
Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America North and Latin America South. Through a network of wholly and partially
owned subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliates, the company operates in all these regions. The company also operates a
primary business segment, namely, Global Export and Holding Companies, which is involved in the export of beer globally
and management of several other businesses such as theme park management in the US.

In the fiscal year 2009, North America accounted for 42.1% of the company‘s total sales, followed by Latin America North
(20.8%), Western Europe (11.7%), Global Export and Holding Companies (8.0%), Central and Eastern Europe (6.8%),
Asia Pacific (5.4%) and Latin America South (5.2%).
