through a network of independent distributors. The company is headquartered in Winchester, Virginia, the US.

American Woodmark Corporation (AWC) is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of kitchen and bath cabinets for
the remodeling and new home construction markets. The company sells its framed stock cabinets under three major
brands namely, American Woodmark, Shenandoah Cabinetry, Potomac, and Timberlake in more than 435 different

AWC operates 11 manufacturing facilities and nine service centers in states of Georgia, Kentucky, Arizona, Maryland,

manufacturing facility in West Virginia, nine service centers, two satellite service centers and three additional office
centers located throughout the country. The company sells its products to home centers, major builders and home

American Woodmark brand includes a collection of coordinated moldings and accessories which are sold through The
Home Depot retail stores. Further, the company under its American Woodmark brand offers furniture to meet an array of
home decorating styles and trends. Similarly, the company sells its Shenandoah branded Cabinetry through Lowe's
stores. It also sells its Potomac cabinetry through Lowe's stores chain. AWC’s Potomac branded cabinetry is an affordable
product category designed for laundry rooms, bath rooms, garages and store rooms.
