The company reported revenues of JPY1,228,353 million during the fiscal year ended March 2010 (fiscal 2010). The
company's revenues declined at a compound annual rate of 9.14% during the period 2008-2010, with an annual decline of

All Nippon Airways Co, Ltd (ANA) is an airline operator based in Japan. It offers air transportation, travel services, trading,
hotels, distribution and ground transportation services. The company also provides passenger check-in and baggage
handling as part of ground handling services to other airlines, involves in aircraft maintenance, in-flight sales and
development and maintenance of systems. ANA operates its business through three reportable segments, namely, Air
Transport, Travel Services segment and other businesses segment.

Air Transport segment of the company comprises domestic passenger, international passenger, cargo and mail, and other
transportation services divisions. The operations of the company in this segment are carried out by its subsidiaries Air
Nippon Co Ltd, Air Japan Co Ltd and Air Next Co Ltd. The domestic passenger division serves on an annual basis of 40
million passengers daily through 945 flights on 124 routes. It occupies 47.6% of the Japanese domestic services market.
The service offerings range from reservations to boarding and in-flight services.

The international passenger division serves on an annual basis of 4.7 million international passengers weekly through 638
flights on 38 routes. The cargo and mail division operates through nine cargo freighters and belly space on passenger
planes. There are nine domestic flights running daily on six routes and 128 international flights flying weekly on 19 routes.
The other transportation services division offers services such as ground support, aircraft maintenance, reservation
confirmation and other services at airports as required by air transportation services. In the fiscal year 2010, Air Transport
segment of the company generated JPY988,865 million accounting for 80.5% of the company’s total revenues.

The travel services segment provides services such as selling of tickets and branded travel packages through its wholly
owned subsidiary ANA Sales Co., Ltd. In addition to the local services provided to the customers in Japan, the company
sells inbound and outbound air tickets and travel products to customers in other countries. In the fiscal year 2010, this
segment generated JPY150,763 million, accounting for12.3% of the total revenues generated by the company.

The other businesses of the company comprise information systems, product sales, logistics and aircraft parts and repair.
The generation and management of airline information terminals is part of the information systems. Ground transportation
and storage and management of imported air cargo are included in logistics services. The company is also engaged in
product, retail and mail-order sales. In the fiscal year 2010, this segment generated JPY88,725 million, contributing 7.2%
to the total revenues of the company.

ANA Group comprises of 117 subsidiaries and 47 affiliates, which includes Air Nippon Co., Ltd. (ANK), Air Japan Co., Ltd.
(AJX), ANA Catering Service Co., Ltd., ANA Aircraft Maintenance Co., Ltd., ANA Sales Co., Ltd., All Nippon Airways
Trading Co., Ltd. and ANA Information Systems Planning Co., Ltd.

Recently, the company announced a code sharing agreement with EGYPTAIR as a part of Star Alliance. The company
also signed a code sharing agreement with Hawaiian Airlines for cargo transportation.
