7.Application Procedures (1) Scope of Exhibits The Show site will be structured by the following 4 field-classifications to promote effective exhibition and provide better service for attendees. 1. Registration Form Accepting Deadline TPCA & SMTA Members January 1 March 10, 2003 Non TPCA/SMTA Members March 31 April 11, 2003 • TPCA and SMTA members enjoy the priority on booth application if booths are not enough for all registrants. (6) Payment Please note that a completed application of foreign exhibitors must include the full payment receipt. TPCA will send you a payment request with invoice in addition for you to transfer the full payment to designate bank account. Bank Transfer to: Land Bank of Taiwan ( North Taoyuan Branch ) Account No: 131-001-00069-9 Account Name: Taiwan Printed Circuit Association • Please attach a copy of bank transfer receipt with the registration form. Promissory Note and Credit Card are non acceptable. All bank service charges should be paid by exhibitors. 8. Cancellation Full refund will not be made by any reasons compelled by exhibitors which cause to the cancellation. But a certain percent refund could be made according to the date when you ask to cancel the registration Cancellation Raised Before May. 31 60% refund will be made Cancellation Raised Before Jul. 31 Cancellation Raised After Sept. 1 30% refund will be made No refund will be made
9. Exhibitors’ Obligations Exhibitors are requested to be full responsible for the management and protection of their exhibits. Accordingly, you are advised to take out insurance, place guards, or any necessary acts for protecting show site. 10. Prohibition 1. During the exhibition period, No exhibits could be sold commercially for any reason with the exception of publications. 2. All exhibits and related items, such as publications, fixtures, decorations, potted plans and the like, packing materials etc. must be kept within the exhibitor’s booths, and can not be left or placed outside the booth or in the aisles. 3. To transfer, sub-lease or exchange the booths entirely or partly are prohibited. (Unless with the permission of TPCA) 4. Smoking is prohibited, and allowed only in designated areas. 11. Special Notice for Foreign Exhibitors TPCA reserves the right to assign the booth location for all foreign exhibitors. All distribution of booths will be decided by drawing. TPCA will circulate exhibition floor plan two weeks after the booth assignment meeting. • Other obligations, rights, rules and regulations will be noted in “Exhibitor Manual” will be distributed before the end of May, 2003.
