The Triangle chapters of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Association for
Corporate Growth (ACG) are hosting NCINVEST2003, a regional investor conference featuring
presentations by the CEOs and CFOs of 16 Triangle and Triad-based public companies. This is an
exclusive conference, with attendance by invitation only. The purpose of the conference is to bring
together growing North Carolina public companies and institutional investors based in the Southeast.

About NIRI Triangle Chapter of North Carolina
The NIRI Triangle Chapter of North Carolina was founded in 1999 to serve investor relations
professionals in the Research Triangle Park area, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Burlington,
Greensboro and Winston-Salem. The Chapter has members representing more than 50 corporations
across a wide range of industries, including technology, biotechnology, telecommunications, energy,
