Next Steps: MEDEP will sum the scores from each agency. If we get multiple
            raters from the same agency, we will average their scores. We will
            then sort the tables, from the highest score to the lowest score.
            HOWEVER, this ranking will be used for discussion purposes
            only, and is only one tool that we will use as we all work
            towards a unanimous recommendation for the full ATAC.

            hold a conference call to discuss our final recommendations for
            the full ATAC, in terms of Air Toxic Reduction Strategies for Mobile
