•	   Air	conditioners	are	switched	off	in	the	rooms	when	unoccupied	(as	a	part	of	the	daily	routine)
•	   Towel	and	linen	policy	in	the	hotel	rooms;	towels	and	linen	are	only	laundered	on	request	
	    from	long	staying	guests
•	   Air	conditioners	are	switched	off	in	conference	venues	when	not	in	use	(as	a	part	of	routine)
•	   Using	Typek	50	%	recycled	paper
•	   Using	biodegradable	chemicals	in	all	F&B	outlets
•	   Used	cooking	oil	is	recycled	and	used	to	make	bio	diesel
•	   Using	biodegradable	chemicals	in	the	laundry
•	   Replacing	halogen	and	incandescent	light	bulbs	with	CFL	bulbs	as	an	ongoing	process
•	   An	environmental	committee	is	in	place
•	   Use	FSC-certified	pencils	in	the	conference	center
•	   Printer	cartridges	are	being	refilled
•	   Source	and	contract	a		waste	management	company	to	handle	recycling
•	   Recyclable	water	bottles	with	a	recycled	glass	content		in	use
•	   Participating	in	an	environmental	community	project	Alien	Clearing
•	   Puro	Fair-trade	coffee	in	use	in	the	conference	centre	and		hotel

•	   Sourcing	suitable	water	saving	showerheads
•	   Shorten	automatic	cycle	for	lighting	in	the	conference	center	when	not	in	use	by
	    reprogramming	the	motion	sensors
•	   Establish	environmental	impact	of	content	of	guests	amenities
•	   Investigating	possibility	of	refilling	of	guest	amenities
•	   Environmental	policy	design
