                                   PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

L EGAL C OMMUNICATIONS
   • Litigation Coordinator for Keith Law Firm, Fort Worth, TX, summer 2003 – fall 2003
          o Coordinated litigation process for high-profile cases such as the Texas A&M Bonfire case.
             Coordination included high levels of communication with Tarrant and Brazos county court
             systems, opposing and joint counsel for all parties involved in the lawsuit, and internal
             employees working through the discovery process. Conducted extensive legal and medical
             research through the personal injury and medical malpractice cases assumed by the
             attorneys of this practice. Assisted attorneys with Prop 12 awareness campaigns and public
             research.

   •   Litigation/Mediation Coordinator for Law Office of Deborah Adame, Fort Worth, TX, fall 1999 –
       fall 2001 (in between college semesters)
            o Coordinated litigation and mediation services through the Tarrant and Dallas county
               family court systems and community mediation programs. Coordination involved high
               levels of communication between disputants, opposing counsel, court representatives and
               third-party facilitators. Frequently made court appearances and communicated with acting
               judges for Ms. Adame within the Tarrant and Dallas county court systems involving family
               and bankruptcy cases. Conducted marketing communications research.

   •   Legal Assistant/Runner for Davis & Davis, P.C., fall 1998 – fall 2000.
          o Primary responsibilities included creating and editing basic court documents (motions,
              responses, fiats, etc.) and filing these documents within the Brazos County Court system.
              Reviewed depositions for the purpose of identifying statements that were in support of
              plaintiff’s attorney’s persuasive appeals. Exposed to both personal injury and wills and
              probate casework.

   •   Legal Assistant/Runner for Brown, Herman, Dean, Wiseman, Liser & Hart, LLP, summer 1998.
          o Coordinated the filing of court documents in Parker, Wise, Tarrant and Dallas counties.
              Filing process often incorporated “walking” documents through various court systems
              enabling me to learn the basic structure of courthouses and courtroom etiquette at a young
              age.

   •   Bookkeeper for Law Firm of Darrell Keith, P.C., summer 1996.
          o Reported directly to the Nurse Paralegal. Filed and organized deposition records (video,
             full deposition documents and depolite documents) for open medical malpractice cases.
             Reviewed many full deposition documents, seeking out specific statements and appeals per

   •   Marketing Coordinator for Law Office of Deborah Adame, summer 1995.
          o Conducted marketing research and campaigns for Ms. Adame. Marketing research was
              conducted by accessing recently filed divorce documents (public record), obtaining
              respondent information and targeting marketing efforts toward this specific audience
              (family cases). Actively reviewed The Commercial Recorder for recently filed bankruptcy
              cases and targeted marketing efforts (mail-outs) to this particular audience as well.

M EDIA C OMMUNICATIONS
   • Floor Director for KTVT – Channel 11 (Viacom, Inc.), Fort Worth, TX, summer 2000 – fall 2002
          o Coordinated the morning news segments from the ground up – script coordination to live
            implementation. Conducted script writing and sweeps research for morning newscast as
            well as popular magazine series such as The Mark Cuban Show, Metroplex Motors and
            Positively Texas.

   •   News Editor for KBTX – NewStar 3, Bryan, TX, fall 2000 – spring 2001
          o Edited local and international video footage for 5, 6 and 10 pm newscasts. Worked directly
