Program Manager

Job Description, Manages the performance under this contract to ensure all the necessary
technical, business, and administrative planning; organizing; coordinating; and tracking
(e.g., cost, schedule, deliverables), performance management, risk management,
component procurement management, resource management, data management, and
subcontract management required to perform all the activities successfully as required in
the SOW. The program manager is the primary point of contact for work to be
performed under the contract. The program manager shall keep the FAA project lead
informed of any potential problems and make recommendations for solutions. The
Program Manager shall ensure that assignments are completed in a thorough and timely
manner and prepare written documentation of accomplishments.

Job Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering or an aviation
related field from an accredited college or university and at least eight (8) years of
experience performing the above functions, or a High School diploma and at least twelve
(12) years of experience performing the above functions. A Masters degree may be
substituted for one year of required experience.

Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description Applies knowledge of the National Airspace System (NAS) to conduct
analyses and perform on projects required by the Statement of Work. These activities are
primarily grouped in the following FAA functions: Air Traffic Control, New NAS
Systems, Equipment and Facility Maintenance (Communication/
Navigation/Surveillance) and Airspace (Flight Inspection and Procedures). Also
responsible for developing project plans, guidelines and controls.

Job Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering or an aviation
related field from an accredited college or university and at least eight (8) years of
experience performing the above functions or a High School diploma and at least twelve
(12) years of experience performing the above functions. A Masters degree may be
substituted for one year of required experience. The individual must demonstrate
knowledge of surveillance audit techniques and aviation safety standards.
Junior Systems Analyst

Job Description Supports the Senior Systems Analyst and applies knowledge of the

performing the above functions or a High School diploma and at least six (6) years of
experience performing the above types of administrative functions.

Senior Computer Specialist/Programmer

Job Description Provides computer programming and related services, including
requirements analysis and testing, as required by the Statement of Work. Also
responsible for developing project plans, guidelines and controls.

Job Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from an
accredited college or university and eight (8) years of experience performing the
foregoing functions or a High School diploma and twelve (12) years of experience
performing the foregoing functions.
Junior Computer Specialist/Programmer

Job Description Supports the Senior Computer Specialist/Programmer in providing
computer programming and related services, including requirements analysis and testing,
as required by the Statement of Work.

Job Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from an
accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience performing the foregoing
functions or a High School diploma and six (6) recent years of experience performing the
