Managed a portfolio of business change and integration project across BP’s global oil supply chain, covering
corporate functions, technology services, market trading and downstream activities. Led global project
teams, business stakeholders, commercial partners, technology suppliers and trading counterparties in

   Innovene Business Separation • 2006 • London and Paris
    Led IST transition and cutover of BP’s chemicals business, including Grangemouth (UK) and Lavera
      (FR) refineries, to Ineos Group as part of a $9 billon sale – without disruption to inter-company trading
      and supply activities across supply chain.
    Managed $1.6 billion cash position between counterparties during business cutover.
    Managed stakeholders, cross-border teams and suppliers across 14 workstreams; e.g. trading,
      settlements, contracts, technology, demurrage and shipping.
    Led IBM outsourced project teams in developing SAP IS Oil trading and settlements module and
      legacy ISP to SAP refinery interfaces.

    Managed decoupling of Coryton (UK) refinery and bulk terminal, and the Llandarcy Bitumen plant, as
     part of BP Group’s $2 billion divestment sale to Petroplus Holdings.
    Ensured the continuity of supply trading and downstream activities between IST and Petroplus while
     managing $500 million cash position between counterparties during cutover.

   Global SAP and Oil Transaction Pipe Releases
   Led business and engagement activities (prioritizing requirements, business users, test scripts and UAT,
   etc.) while remedying technical defects and adding functional enhancements to global SAP FI CO
   production environments supporting Chicago, London and Singapore trading hubs.
    Prioritized outstanding business requirements (1700+ SAP change items) and risks associated with IT
      system releases and relocation of Houston Data Centre to London European Mega Data Centre.
    Global SAP TSW integration program support.

   Propylene Business Transition
   Led business transition and handover of Innovene legacy supply agreement for provision of refinery-
   grade propylene to Shell via Ineos and Deutsch BP. Navigated complex commercial arrangement
   between four trading entities for supply and consumption of refined consumer grade product where
   limited legal documentation existed to support incumbent operational practice. CV: $25m.

   Global Marine Fuels Integration
   Led global integration of Marine’s business (22 countries and four terminals) into Global Oil as part of the
   business simplification agenda. Realigned Residual Fuels book ($78m) and Order to Cash processes to
   Global SAP/Oil Transaction Pipe. Budget: $3m.

   Global Front Office Market Data
   Led upgrade of global Reuters MTRS Telerate infrastructure to Reuters Market Data Services across
   front and mid-office for 1200+ users. Budget: $5m.

   Fuels Value Chains
   Developed separation plan for decoupling IST and R&M operational workstreams to support the new
   Fuels Value Chains and Supply and Marketing organisations across Europe.

   Markets in Financial Instruments and Derivatives
   Project assurance on UK FSA compliance requirements for oil trading entities. This extended to reviewing
   budget profiles and advising on technical project issues. Budget: $2m.
