ONE TIME SHOWING AGREEMENT
The undersigned does hereby acknowledge that _________________________________ ________________________________ are prospective buyer clients of property known as ______________________________________________ and these said prospective buyer clients were obtained through the efforts and services rendered by Keller Williams Realty to bring about the sale of this property. The undersigned acknowledges an obligation to pay Keller Williams Realty a commission equal to _____% of the sale price of $_____________________________ upon consummation of the sale of this property to the prospective purchasers. It is further acknowledged that the undersigned may not sell the property to the above named purchasers without first paying the agreed commission to Keller Williams Realty within one hundred eighty days (180) from today’s date. The undersigned reserves the right without obligation to Keller Williams Realty to sell the property themselves to any party other than the above named purchasers.
