Unless otherwise announced, Mountaineer League meetings are held the first Sunday of every month beginning at 7:00 p.m. with the exception of
the January meeting which is held on the 2nd Sunday of January. Meetings are generally not held during the baseball season in the months of June,
July and August. The September meeting is conducted as part of the fall awards banquet. Meetings are held at the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church
located at 200 S. Penn Street on Wheeling Island. Please note: All organizations must be represented at each meeting. Failure to have an
authorized representative in attendance, results in a $50 fine to the organization (See Mountaineer Baseball Association League Rule I (B.))
