					Online Registration Starts: June 15, 2009 Online Registration Ends: June 30, 2009 Written Test: August 16, 2009 Last Date: July 06, 2009 [July 13 for far-flung areas] Central Bank of India (CBoI) invites application for the recruitment to the post of 805 Probationary Officers. Pay Scale: Rs. 10,000-18240 Age Limit: 21-30 years [relaxation per rules] Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university with 55% Marks aggregate (50% for SC/ST/ PWD candidates). Basic knowledge of Computer Applications (Certificate from a Government recognized Training Institute is required). Selection Procedure: Written Test and/or Group Discussions, Interview Pattern and Syllabus for Written Test: (i) Objective Test on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and English. (ii) Descriptive Test: to assess the candidate's knowledge on Socio-economic development and Communication Skills. The minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be 50% (45% for reserved category candidates). Group Discussions/Personality Test/Interview: Wherever the Bank decides to hold the written test, the short listed candidates in the order of ranking in the written test (above minimum qualifying marks) as per the cut-off marks determined by the Bank shall be called for GD/Personality Test/Interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard is final.
