The collective agreement has 46 Articles. In the opening round of proposals, the employer proposed
deletions to 20 Articles. With justifications of a “return to collegiality”, “greater flexibility” and
“getting rid of what isn’t working”, the employer proposes to eliminate or significantly reduce
language on some of the most important protections in the collective agreement.

The following list of proposed deletions are those CUASA cannot accept.
