 Organizational Philosophy
WE BELIEVE THAT PLAYING THE DEFENSE POSITION IS A LOST ART THAT IS NOT GIVE
ENOUGH ATTENTION BY COACHES AND DEVELOPERS. IT IS THE BACKBONE OF THE TEAM
AND AN AREA WHERE A VERY STRONG DEFENDER CAN GO UNNOTICED. BUT, WE ALSO
BELIEVE THAT YOU CANNOT HAVE TEAM SUCCESS WITHOUT STRONG DEFENDERS AND A
STRONG DEFENSIVE MENTALITY AND PLAN OF ATTACK.

WE WANT TO PREPARE OUR DEFENSIVE CORE TO BE THE BEST TRAINED AND MOST
READY TO MAKE THE TRANSITION TO THE NEXT LEVEL. AT THE SAME TIME WE FEEL THE
STRENGTH OF OUR PROGRAM WILL BE TO HAVE ONE COMMON PLAN AND FOCUS AND
TEACH IT THROUGHOUT THE PRO HOCKEY PROGRAMS AT ALL AGE GROUPS. SO AS OUR
PLAYERS MOVE ALONG TO

EACH YEAR WE CAN LAYER THE TEACHING AND SIMPLIFY THE TEACHING PROCESS TO
THE FOUNDATIONAL PLAN EACH YEAR. IT MUST BE SECOND NATURE. LEARN FROM THE
INSTRUCTORS THAT HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING SOME OF THE BEST PRO DEFENSEMEN FOR
YEARS!
