                                       CHRISTMAS MENU BUDGET


                                        SALAD STARTERS FROM BUFFET:

                          Avocado and crab salad with ricotta and horseradish cream
                                                        **
                                        Walnut and apple Waldorf salad
                                                        **
Symphony of assorted lettuce with cocktail tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions accompanied by vinaigrette,
                                         olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

                                                  CARVERY:
                    (choice of one meat, served with gravy and accompanying condiments)

                      Roast kernel of rump spiced in black pepper, paprika and mustard

                                          Roast rosemary leg of lamb

                    Roast turkey with onion & sage stuffing, chipolatas and cranberry sauce

                          Roast pork neck marinated in garlic, caraway and mustard

                        Baked gammon with pineapple, cloves and glazed with honey

                     (choice of two served with savoury rice and fresh seasonal vegetables)

                               Choice of one of the following:

    Crispy duck, cucumber, spring onion and rice noodle salad with a raspberry dressing
                                                 or
Fig’n feta tartlet in crème fraiche on a bed of rocket & pine nuts drizzled with orange & honey

                                        CARVERY
         Choice of two meats all served with gravy and accompanying condiments:
